There are very few people who have mastered the art of blow drying with a round brush, which is why getting a professional blow out is such a treat. But we've been doing a happy dance ever since we discovered Spornette's Porcupine Rounder Brush, which helps us easily replicate blowouts at home. The brush's unique combo of nylon and porcupine bristles gently grips strands to make it easy to style, while also adding amazing shine.
After using my current round brush for a number of years and watching it slowly deteriorate, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and splurge on an actually high quality brush. After reading the reviews for this one, I added it to my cart and started to count down the days until it arrived.
While I still have not mastered giving myself beautiful, just-left-the-salon style rolls, this brush leaves my hair super shiny and silky and just overall looking much better than my old brush did. My only complaint is that it's a little prickly, but after a few uses, I've either gotten used to it, or some of the prickly-ness has worn off. Either way, I am a fan and would recommend it.
good for dry hair styling, not to use on soaking wet hair or for hard tangles. makes your hair shiny.4
i love this brush! it gives a great scalp massage while getting all my hair in each pull of the brush. I am trying to get better at blowdrying my own hair and this is the tool I needed!4
I used this the day after I got in to blow dry my hair. It works so well. It dried my hair so much quicker than my old brush use to. I am definitely glad that I purchased this!4
My brush needed refreshing, so I decided to try this one out. I have fine, straight hair to begin with, and this helps to give it a nice lift! After blowdrying, my hair gets VERY shiny too, making it look great. The brush is very easy to hold onto and I love the wood handle.4
I have very curly hair and I used this brush to give myself a blowout. My hair did not get caught on the bristles and the blowout came out great.4
This is my first rounding brush that I have used. After seeing my hair dresser do it, I decided to try and master it myself. I am still working on it, but this brush definitely helps out.4
This is a BIG old brush. I do like it for my bangs though. Gives me good lift of my fine hair and keeps it shiny and non static!4
I am a big fan of this brush. Usually, when I try to blow dry my own hair straight, it ends up a frizzy mess. This brush really helps smooth your hair out.4
I like the smooth wooden handle so my hair doesn't have anywhere to get caught. Also, the mixture of the bristles is nice and makes for blow drying my hair a breeze. One thing I noticed is that after 2 uses, the plastic bristles have already started to melt from my hair dryers heat. So I'm not sure how long this will last.4
