There are very few people who have mastered the art of blow drying with a round brush, which is why getting a professional blow out is such a treat. But we've been doing a happy dance ever since we discovered Spornette's Porcupine Rounder Brush, which helps us easily replicate blowouts at home. The brush's unique combo of nylon and porcupine bristles gently grips strands to make it easy to style, while also adding amazing shine.
This brush makes is so easy to dry my hair, even though I have an older blow dryer. It smooths my hair and makes it so much easier to flat iron! It's a little difficult to tug through but I think that's the point, right? If I didn't live in awful humidity I could probably get away with no flat iron at all!5
I love this brush to help get my hair straight when blow drying! I don't even have to use hair products to get mty hair straight when I use this brush! It was well worth the money.5
I have finally found the perfect round brush! With long, thick hair, this brush holds hair really well while blow drying. Easy to use and definitely does not tangle.5
Most of the other reviews stated that this brush was more for women with very long, thick hair, but I use this to blow dry my shoulder-length, thin hair and it works really, really well. Best of all, my hair never gets caught and breaks.5
I love love LOVE this brush. I have extremely thick wavy hair and this brush has been a game changer for me. Blowdrying my hair still takes a while, but this brush is the only one I've found that can easily handle my hair without tearing/ripping. Great for just a quick dry for your bangs, or a full blowout. Plus, the wooden handle is sturdy and pretty looking.5
Amazing what a good hairbrush can do on a bad hair day. This is a good hairbrush. Now if Spornette would make a smaller version for shorter hair that would be a super good thing, too. Just sayin'.5
I have just started blowing my hair out instead of diffusing it. I have long/medium thick frizzy hair. I tried a drug store brush and found it difficult to work with (only synthetic bristles). It also had ceramic components that were heating up my hair too much and leaving it frizzy. I bought the Spornette because of the good ratings and its mix of synthetic and boar hair. One of the main things I noticed was the ease of using this brush. I was able to manage my hair quite well while blow drying. Another thing I noticed was the added shine from the boar bristles. There was a great reduction of frizz before using a finishing cream.
Overall, I am very happy with this product. My hair looks great and I love this brush.
I bought this brush mainly because it is all one piece - meaning it doesn't ever get tangled in my hair. Other round brushes I've owned have separate pieces where the bristles are and the handle, and my hair would get twisted around those areas and pull out. This one does a great job of styling my hair - leaving it smooth and full of body.5
Still learning how to round brush my long hair but this is a great brush its the only brush that i have ever been able to use. Great for long hair and won't tangle your hair.5
I just used this brush this morning and it was a little tricky trying to blow dry my hair and use this brush at the same time, but it still worked wonderfully. I am so happy I bought this brush!5
