There are very few people who have mastered the art of blow drying with a round brush, which is why getting a professional blow out is such a treat. But we've been doing a happy dance ever since we discovered Spornette's Porcupine Rounder Brush, which helps us easily replicate blowouts at home. The brush's unique combo of nylon and porcupine bristles gently grips strands to make it easy to style, while also adding amazing shine.
I received this brush as a gift after requesting it based on the reviews on Birchbox. I do love it - the handle is easy to grip and does not leave your hand tired, and it leaves my hair looking silky after use.4
This brush is ok, it cuses frizz when I brush dry hair with it however it is easy to hold and doesn't get stuck in wet hair3
I must admit I am not a expert at using a round brush while blow drying my hair so I do not have the ability or patience to use this on my whole head. However I do always use this when blow drying the hair towards the top (the crown) of my head and my bangs. My last round brush didn't hold up very well with the bristles becoming bent and burnt easily, but this brush as help up to the wear and tear. It helps give my bangs the perfect curl and natural movement so that my hair doesn't look so flat and lifeless after straightening.5
I love using this brush when I blow dry. It makes my long, tangly hair so soft and maintain the curl.5
I am not good with blowing out my long hair and am always looking to add volume. This does the trick! I use it for around my face and the crown of my head and then blow dry the rest with my fingers. This brush is super easy to use and adds volume.5
I use this for my bangs every morning, it works extremely well. I would recommend it. I haven't tried to use it on the rest of my hair, So I don't know about that.5
I have loved this brush since the first time I used it! It doesn't get caught in my hair and just glides right out. It also gives me that beautiful bounce I wanted. The only downside is that it does give me a bit of static some times; however, I have fine, thin hair and that just comes with the territory for me. Still, I love this brush! :)4
I was looking forward to having a new brush that claims to "replicate" a salon blowout. However, the bristles hurt my scalp and when attempting to straighten my wavy air the brush just caused nothing but frizz.1
This is the first time I've owned this type of brush. I am really liking it and feel like it is helping reduce fly-a-ways and added body - my two needs for sure!4
The spot nettle Porcupine Rounding Brush is a must have for any hairstylist! It gives smooth, frizz free mad voluminous blow outs! Give it a try!5
