There are very few people who have mastered the art of blow drying with a round brush, which is why getting a professional blow out is such a treat. But we've been doing a happy dance ever since we discovered Spornette's Porcupine Rounder Brush, which helps us easily replicate blowouts at home. The brush's unique combo of nylon and porcupine bristles gently grips strands to make it easy to style, while also adding amazing shine.
I was looking forward to having a new brush that claims to "replicate" a salon blowout. However, the bristles hurt my scalp and when attempting to straighten my wavy air the brush just caused nothing but frizz.1
This is the first time I've owned this type of brush. I am really liking it and feel like it is helping reduce fly-a-ways and added body - my two needs for sure!4
The spot nettle Porcupine Rounding Brush is a must have for any hairstylist! It gives smooth, frizz free mad voluminous blow outs! Give it a try!5
LOVE this brush. It adds bounce to my long, straight hair. I actually use it as my regular day-to-day brush.5
This is a really high quality brush for a good price. Works well even with my very thick, wavy hair.5
I'm not sure I will ever buy another brush. This brush is a workhorse - it gets the job done. The construction is of high quality. The weight of the brush is perfect and it is easy to use. If you blow dry your hair on a regular basis this brush is a must. Most of the time I skip the flatiron and only use the brush & dryer. Love it!!5
After using my current round brush for a number of years and watching it slowly deteriorate, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and splurge on an actually high quality brush. After reading the reviews for this one, I added it to my cart and started to count down the days until it arrived.
While I still have not mastered giving myself beautiful, just-left-the-salon style rolls, this brush leaves my hair super shiny and silky and just overall looking much better than my old brush did. My only complaint is that it's a little prickly, but after a few uses, I've either gotten used to it, or some of the prickly-ness has worn off. Either way, I am a fan and would recommend it.
Good brush, hair is shiny and healthy looking after using this brush for a blow out. Only wish that it came in a larger size and that grip wasn't so slippery... Can be annoying when your hand sweats half way thru it. Good for the price point though3
I have really long and thick hair - there's literally a ton of it so that could be why this brush didn't work for me. The bristles are super thick and made it really difficult for it to work well with my hair.1
This is a great quality/value brush. It does exactly what I need it to...styles great with my blowdryer,. Easy to hold/use and does not tangle up my hair.5
