It doesn’t matter if you buy them in bulk or on sale, razor blades still set you back a pretty penny. The fine folks at HYD For Men have found a solution: science. This Razor Shield combines natural oils with some impressive scientific abracadabra to keep your blades from corroding. Longer-lasting razors mean more smooth shaves, less environmental waste, and more money in your pocket.
Usually my husband uses a razor for a week and then gives it to me. Not for the last three weeks. A few drops after you finish and let it dry. Easy. Since I had to get my own razor, I'll be using the shield too.5
I really couldn't tell if it extended the life of my razor or not, I thought this was a great idea but not sure that it works.3
This would be great for guys that use the straight razor to help maintain the blade but for everyone else it would not be worth the money. May be you should start selling straight razors with this.2
I will continue to buy razors, it just didnt do much.3
I thought this was a great idea, and perhaps it works for others, but I tried this (very generous) sample on three consecutive ProGlide blade refills, and I could not discern any extended blade life. I still get about four smooth shaves before I start to feel drag and experience burn, exactly the same as without the product. I was very hopeful and ready to purchase if it worked, but for me, it didn't and yes, I used it exactly as directed.2
Didn't really find any effect from this product on my razor. I still feel the same shaving experience as usual. I don't know. Maybe it works and I'm just not noticing it.3
I dont see the use of this product. I also don't see it adding that much more "life" to my razors.2
It was a great product but you cant really tell how much it really works.3
Although it seems like a good idea, I didn't notice any effect on my blades....1
The idea is great for women because we leave our razors in the shower and could use the protection for our razors. My husband however didnt seem to care either way about it because once his razor is too dull for his face it is thrown away anyways. So....get rid of the idea for men but maybe push the product for the women.5
