Until now, we associated Antica Farmacista with those fabulous reed diffusers for the home (in fact, they’re credited with bringing the concept to the US). So when we heard that they were translating their signature scents into a line of moisturizers, we practically danced for joy. These lotions come in an adorably retro bottle reminiscent of an old-fashioned apothecary. And in a range of delicious scents, they’ll make your mouth water with every application. They also pass the hydration test: They’re packed with natural moisturizers—like shea butter and sweet almond oil—that enrich the fragrance.
this lotion smelled ok, but really nothing special for the price2
Not a big fan of the scent of this lotion. I got a few faint grapefruit notes at first, but then the smell reminded me more of the lotion you would get at a motel/hotel.2
This lotion has a pretty grapefruit smell, but just reminds me of something you would get at a hotel. Nothing fancy about it to me.2
This product smells wonderful, didnt leave my hands feeling greasy... but after about 10 min my hands felt dry; so its not for me.2
Reminds me of a lotion I would get for free at a hotel! Nothing really stood out for me, the smell didnt last!2
I didn't like this lotion. It was not sticky, which was a positive, but it did not provide any moisture, either. I'm not sure why you would use lotion that didn't hydrate your skin.2
This lotion smelled to strong and took a long time to soak into my skin. This sadly isn't for me although I do typically love the grapefruit scent.2
Packaging reminded me of a lotion provided by a hotel. Smell and consistency made me feel the same way. If you are looking for a good moisturizer, this is not it.2
This product was ok. Nothing to get excited about and I would not re-purchase. But I will probably use up my sample as I travel frequently and small sizes are handy. The scent was more citrus than grapefruit and seemed to wear off pretty quickly. Also this was a thin moisturizer, think what you get in a hotel room, it really would not be suited for dry skin.2
Wasn't a big fan of the scent. It did the same thing all my other lotions do. It wasn't anything special.2
