If we were assigning high-school yearbook superlatives to products, argan oil would easily win “Most Likely to Succeed.” This Moroccan import is loved by foodies and beauty junkies alike; the former extol its health benefits (you can cook with the food-grade version), while the latter rave about its triple-threat effects on face, body, and hair. (It soothes dry skin, softens fine lines, guards against pollutants, and adds shine to strands, among other things.) In fact, argan oil has become so popular that the Moroccan government plans to triple annual production by 2020. Violet Oasis’ version is 100% pure, organic, and cold-pressed (which prevents degradation, allowing the oil to preserve more nutrients).
This product is amazing on my skin... not sure about using it on my face yet due to my acne prone skin.5
I loved the product, it was definitely hydrating and smoothing, but it's wayyyy too pricy for the size!5
I liked this oil, it left both my skin and hair smooth, soft and silky.5
I loved this oil, it left both my skin and hair very soft and silky.5
It's just oil.It didn't help manageability,condition.3
I had been dying to try argan oil and was so excited to get it in my August Birchbox. I use it on my face and get so much moisture from it. It is great because it is non greasy too!5
I don't think that this product is right for me. It left my hair oily, but not in the area that I needed. Maybe I didn't apply it correctly, but not it just wasn't right for me1
I usually use the 'red bottle spray' for my hair to make it easy to comb through but this oil was really great. I didn't notice a smell which means there wasn't one or it wasn't offensive! I used only on my hair but I may try on my body as well. Thanks!4
Very hydrating, felt great on my skin and tamed my frizzy curly hair. This is a great multi-purpose product, great for both my hair and skin. It wears very light which is big issue for me since I hate heavy products on my skin.5
I'm a little blasse with the continued samplings of argan oil. Not a product I can use except for a little on the ends of my hair. Not a great fit for my lifestyle or skin type. I would be OK without seeing anymore argan samples from any brand in my sample boxes. It's epidemic.2
