Like a trusty Swiss Army knife, our makeup bag essentials need to perform multiple functions. Fortunately, this dual-purpose space-saver from stila is up to the challenge. A two-in-one cream blush and lip color, the silky pigment goes on sheer and leaves behind a natural-looking stain. Each shade offers buildable coverage so you can adjust the intensity of your look.
I've tried all kinds of blushes from liquid to cream to powder and this is probably my favorite! I use my fingers and it's very easy to blend. With liquid and powder blushes I've always found it hard to get just the right amount of color and blend it smoothly without rough edges. I've tried different colors and they're all natural looking and very pretty, also buildable if you wanted something darker. The lasting power is not bad. After a day of work I can tell it's still there. I would highly recommend!5
I like this stila Convertible Color a lot--it's really creamy, nicely pigmented, and has great staying power. It makes it easy to quickly do your whole face on lazy days, too--just dab on lips, cheeks, and even lids and you're basically good to go.4
I've been using this as a blush and a lip tint for years. As a blush it's really long wearing and blends really well and looks natural. The color and texture make it easy to apply as a lip tint but I usually have to put a sheer gloss or a lip balm on top of it for moisture.5
I love that I can use it as a gloss and a blush. I just dab a little on the apples of my cheeks and blend in. My cheeks instantly look rosey and perfect. I love it.5
Love it. It is so yummy and creamy. My skin is so dry....this makes it look so smooth and soft. I have used it off and on for years and was excited to see that I could get from Birch Box5
I bought this for myself from Sephora a few months ago before I'd signed up with Birchbox. For some reason this blush just does not show up very well on my skin. Applying with a brush or by hand, using foundation and primer first or not... nothing seems to make a difference. It's a great consistency though, it just blends in a little too sheer.4
I use this product for cheeks - never really tried it for lips. The color is long lasting, and looks great if I put it on underneath a finishing powder to subdue it a little bit and make it stick.
My issue with it is that it can be a little hard to work with. It has the consistency of lipbalm so as you can imagine it's hard to rub in consistently on your cheeks. I've found that using a flat creme blush brush helps significantly.
Overall, great product and I've gotten my mom to start using it too.
I picked this up awhile back and it is still my go-to easy-peasy day look. I use it for a wash of color on my lips and it creates a wonderful flush on my cheeks that looks polished and natural.
I have very sensitive skin and this has never broken me out.
I do NOT like this as a cheek color. It is very difficult to apply without it looking too dark. However I do like this as a day-to-day lip color because I tend to lean towards more creamy and opaque lip products.3
Bought in Gerbera and use almost everyday as blush. Layer with Jouer Lip Enhancer as gloss. Also doubles as a compact.5
