We know you love diving into samples as much as we do, and the Mystery Sample Pack gives you the chance to try some of our favorite products. Receive two samples for free by spending $35+ on any full-size products from the shop. It includes one deluxe sample and one standard sample that we’re especially excited about right this minute, and here’s the really fun part: Their identities will remain secret until you receive your order. Alternatively, you can purchase this mysterious sample duo on its own for $10.
I got a "Keratin Infused Deep Conditioning Masque" from Kerabond and a Color Club sample in "Reign in Spain".
Very happy with these two products. I think it's luck-of-the-draw, but both of these are something I could see myself buying. However, with the regular boxes being ten dollars and this sample pack not being curated, the most I would pay for a sample pack would be $5.
I received a hair tie with a mustache on it and a sample of non-aerosol hair spray. These are not samples that I'm super excited about, but you can't argue with free! Do NOT spend $10 on these 2 samples ever, not worth spending the cash.2
I added this to an order for free. I loved both my samples. I think the samples vary every time but I got an OPI nailpolish and a Jouer lip gloss.5
I received two tiny samples: Dr. Jart Water Fusion BB cream and an exfoliater that I had to look up to see what it was: BENTA BERRY G-1 Exfoliating Facial Cleanser. I thought one was suppose to be a deluxe sample but both were tiny. Oh well at least it was free with my order. if I had paid for it I would not have been happy.2
I got the following free with my $35 purchase:
1.06 oz. Klorane extra gentle dry shampoo with oat milk (size of a travel hairspray can)
2.5 oz. Lovely smoothing shampoo. (Size of a jar of baby food)
If you look at the price of the full size products and do the math, the value of $10 is pretty straight on. The samples are what I would describe as deluxe as I definitely will get more than one use out of each.
Tea - really? And not only was it the normal sample size, but one bag. If tea was included in the monthly box, the sample size usually included 2, if not 3 bags. However, this contained 1 bag. The only redeeming factor of this was the mascara! I already had the 100% Pure mascara from a previous box, but will probably use the extra, too. Free - yes, but if I have another code to use in the future, I would probably use it instead!2
It is a mystery to me why anyone would pay this much for so little. Was not pleased with the two small packets of samples I received.1
I have received this twice, the first time wasn't very good… I still have not used the products I received. The second time I received them, the products were pretty awesome. I guess it is just the luck of the draw… I can't complain about free products though!4
I got this as a free bonus and was pretty happy with my samples. The first sample was the Essential Elements Shower Gel, which I absolutely love! The second was the Amika Nourishing Mask. I liked it but didn't notice a huge difference. All in all, happy with my samples. The perfect free bonus, but I can't imagine paying $10 for them.4
I was excited to get the hair mask product because it's cute, new, and useful. The second sample was a body wash, the same that had come in my last box, and the same that I had rated low because of the overpowering scent and irritation of sensitive areas.3
