Think of this CC cream as your favorite BB cream’s older (and wiser) sister. Like her kid sis, CC moisturizes, primes, brightens, and conceals, but also takes it to the next level by tackling dark spots and uneven skin tone. The result? An even, dewy, youthful finish.
This cream was similar to applying mud to my face. I feel like a cream should not be the same as applying foundation. I was hoping it would be the same texture as a tinted moisturizer. It was difficult to apply and blend.1
I didn't like the texture of this product. It felt and looked thick on my skin. It didn't blend well. I washed it off almost immediately.1
I was surprised by how thick this cream is. It was difficult to smooth on my face and then my face looked greasy once i was finished. Might be good for super dry skin, but since my is combination it wasn't good for me.2
I love that this has SPF 40, but it's too thick and heavy for the humid environment in which I live.3
I don't wear foundation or any full-face makeup, but this CC cream could make me change my mind. I still feel like it's a bit too much makeup on my face to just use it by itself (totally a personal perference - the coverage is relatively light!), so I mix it with my regular moisturizer. It's like airbrushing my face - it evens tone and hides little imperfections while providing a great base for my blush and powder. And I love that it has a broad-spectrum SPF!5
Very moisterizing, not greasy. Full coverage and leaves skin looking bright!5
I never thought I would fine a BB or CC cream that matched my skin tone. The light has been perfect and I love the way it looks on my face.5
I loved the feel of my skin using this product and that it evened out the tone and brightened my face. I would order the darkest color for the summer!4
This CC cream provides full coverage but goes on very thick so you really have to work to blend it naturally. The downside is I felt like I was wearing a mask at the end of a hot summer day and couldn't wait to wash it off! Might be a better choice in the winter. It also smells a lot like sunscreen for those who are sensitive to scents.3
I put a small amount on my face and it was a little to cakey for my liking. I really had to rub it in so that it blended with my skin tone. I like the SPF though: 40 is great coverage.3
