Think of this CC cream as your favorite BB cream’s older (and wiser) sister. Like her kid sis, CC moisturizes, primes, brightens, and conceals, but also takes it to the next level by tackling dark spots and uneven skin tone. The result? An even, dewy, youthful finish.
The fact that the color did not match my skin tone was the least of the problems...It was super cakey and thick, not something I want on my face. It almost made my skin feel crusty and it stinks. I will stick with my go to. This stuff is gross.1
The formula was thick and did not blend well. It was truly just not a match for me, product wise. I am always looking for a great spf, but this was not the one for me.3
I had never tried a CC cream before. I really liked this!! You can wear alone or w/ powder over it! I love that it has an SPF over 30!! I will wear this alone when i am in the sun! I have been looking for something like this so I was excited this was in my birchbox.4
I already have a BB cream that I got from Korea, but in pair with this CC cream it really brightens up my face and erases imperfections.3
I am an oily skin person so this was no the product for me. this would be great from normal to dry skin.2
I really wish Birchbox would stop sending my BB & CC creams! I am not a fan. I have about 4 or 5 of them & this one is the worst. I do not wear foundation & this felt just like foundation. My skin did not feel moisturized at all, in fact it felt dryer after using this CC cream. I recently had a sunburn on my face & had "racoon eyes" from wearing sunglasses. I thought this would help to even things out, but it didn't.2
I really loved this product. the only reason i'm not buying it is because i already have a Dr. Jart BB cream that I love :)4
I like this product a lot.. It is just a little too thick for my liking.4
I used this for a sunscreen for my face before I day on the boat. It is okay, but I would not use it for everyday use. I do live in Florida, so I use sunscreen year round. I didn't burn, so it worked.3
I have drier skin and this stuff was like mud or plaster or wallpaper paste. I couldn't get it to blend in. It sat on top of my skin and didn't absorb. I'll try it again to make sure the first application wasn't a fluke, but so far, this is not for me.2
