Think of this CC cream as your favorite BB cream’s older (and wiser) sister. Like her kid sis, CC moisturizes, primes, brightens, and conceals, but also takes it to the next level by tackling dark spots and uneven skin tone. The result? An even, dewy, youthful finish.
I am just not a fan of CC creams in general...so take this with a grain of salt. Great SPF though.1
I live in Florida and its super hot. As soon as I stepped outside I could see the product drip down the side of my face. Maybe if it lasted through hot weather I would buy it. However I did like that it was light and not smelly.1
This stuff was all right, but not great. I definitely wouldn't spend the money on it. I think the color was too light and it didn't even conceal very much. I'm sure the SPF works, but that's irrelevant. It also did not moisturize. I prefer a good BB cream, personally and I recommend the Dr. Jarts brand.3
I like the idea of this product: moisterizer, spf, primer and foundation all in one. The product is thick so it did not go on smoothly. The second time I put it one I used a light lotion first and it blended a little better but I still need to use a liquid foundation brush to get it to blend into my skin. The other issue is that you only get 1.7 ounces for almost $40.4
it was nice, but i'd rather use foundation for more coverage4
This CC cream was okay, the smell is a little weird and takes some getting used to, but the coverage is light and pretty weightless. However, I wore it work a few times as a replacement for my regular makeup, and by noontime my whole face felt really greasy, this product does not do well in humidity at all.3
I had the opportunity to use the sample I received on a trip to the deep South (ok, maybe Memphis is not the deep South, but it's close). Through-the-roof humidity and heat did not faze this product. The goop stayed put, I didn't break out, and it looked pretty natural on my skin. Bonus: the sample was perfectly travel-sized! I didn't have to pack any makeup, really, other than the mascara, liner, and favorite lip gloss. Yes to simplicity.5
I haven't had much luck in the BB department. They are too thick or too sticky and heavy. I loved this CC cream. It was light but has great coverage with a good spf. Slam dunk :)5
There are so many things that I love about this product. The coverage is amazing and my other makeup looked great over it. Unfortunately the color washed me out a bit and I do not see myself purchasing.2
Maybe it's just because I'm too young, 20, but this CC cream seems too heavy and not my right shade. I'm a natural redhead, with fair skin, and they sent me the light shade. I put it on and it was too light for my skin, which was a first. Maybe good for the winter, but in the summer when it's hot out, my skin doesn't breathe well in this. Like the title, it's alright for a spot concealer.3
