When we sampled Beauty Protector's original Protect & Detangle spray, it became an instant fan favorite. Thanks to your overwhelmingly positive feedback, Beauty Protector went ahead and developed this Protect & Conditioner for an exclusive early launch with Birchbox. It's designed to shield hair from the effects of heat styling and environmental damage with the help of pearl powder. (Conchiolin, a major ingredient of pearls, acts like the protein keratin, the main component of hair.) This conditioner is also packed with nutrients that up hair's volume and shine.
I loved the smell and the sulfate and paraben free aspect, but I didn't feel that it did anything for my dry hair after 2 uses.3
Loved the smell. It made my hair super soft. I can't wait to use it agin!4
I don't think that this particular type of this particular product is intended for medium fine or thinner hair. Probably stay away if this describes you.2
Felt great conditioned really well . Didn't leave me greasy or too dry4
It was okay but do not prefer these types of products in my box.5
I have dry, color treated hair and I thought this conditioner did a nice job moisturizing my hair and making it feel soft. I don't like the fragrance, though! Too bad.1
Love the scent of this product.... Price is too high5
I have used a number of samples from this brand. They are good, but not especially special to me. An effective conditioner2
This did a good job of hydrating my hair. I also liked how easy it detangled my extremely post shampoo tangled hair.4
As I said about the shampoo. I don't love it, but I don't hate it! I thought it did a good job. Maybe after a few uses I will think differently. When I reviewed the shampoo I hadn't even looked at the price. I think it is high. I know salon shampoo's run high in price, but I do think that I can get the same results with shampoo's and conditioner's purchased at the drug stores.3
