Think of this dry shampoo as a shot of espresso for your strands. The weightless spray absorbs excess oil and dirt, leaving locks clean and deodorized as well as lighter and softer. Made with antioxidant and fatty acid-rich obliphica oil, the formula simultaneously moisturizes and strengthens hair, repairs split ends, and enhances shine. Moreover, amika's dry shampoo relies on rice starch instead of aluminum shavings or talc, and it's safe for color-treated hair.
Got it in one of my sample box. It's such a waste as I don't use dry shampoo. I have a dry+damaged hair. Did use dry shampoo once that was given to me on one of the earlier sample box from another brand however it dint do any good. I filled up my profile thinking birch box would custom fit based on it however they don't. Many times they just throw in stuff which I don't even be able to use. What's the point of this???!! They also give you the same samples they just gave couple of months before. Sometimes they give me lipstick from a brand I like but the color was off. The only good side is that, the boxes are pretty and cheerful but other than that there's not much I could brag bout the samples given. Makes me rethink to cancel my subscriptions soon.1
It doesn't seem to work for thin or fine hair, my hair just stayed the same when I sprayed it on.1
I did not like this dry shampoo. It left behind white roots which looked terrible, even when I tried to comb them out I could not get it to blend in. I ended up showering which defeats the purpose of dry shampoo.1
I really dont like dry shampoo. I feel they do not work for me and make my head itch. So i tryied this out but still not a fan great smell though.1
Purchased this after seeing so many great reviews and I am on a quest for the best dry shampoo.. I was hoping this would be the end of the line, but no. The smell is great, but you have to use half of the can to even see a difference..and by then your hair is white. This doesn't soak up grease, even for next day hair and it *does* leave a white residue. I was fooled and jumped onto this bandwagon.. this expensive bandwagon. So far Batiste is the best, yes it leaves a residue, but it also soaks up grease and my hair can be styled to cover up the white cast1
My hair is dry, thick and very curly. It did absolutely nothing. It could be a great product for oily hair but I need a shampoo that will restart my curls not make them frizzy.1
I expect a dry shampoo to soak up the oils in hair. This product does no such thing. Also, in order to notice even the smallest semblance of a difference, I have to spray very heavily which contradicts the actual directions stated for using this product.1
I have dark brown hair and cant use alot of dry shampoos but this one was awesome! It wasn't greasy at all either!1
This left a residue in my hair. Perhaps I did something wrong but wouldn't use again.1
Not sure why everyone else loves this so much. It didn't smell like anything and left gray residue in my brown hair. Gross!1
