Think of this dry shampoo as a shot of espresso for your strands. The weightless spray absorbs excess oil and dirt, leaving locks clean and deodorized as well as lighter and softer. Made with antioxidant and fatty acid-rich obliphica oil, the formula simultaneously moisturizes and strengthens hair, repairs split ends, and enhances shine. Moreover, amika's dry shampoo relies on rice starch instead of aluminum shavings or talc, and it's safe for color-treated hair.
I'm not a fan of dry shampoo. I just don't get it. Because I'm an athlete (ultrarunner and yogi) I find I have to wash the sweat out of my hair. Tried to use this as a substitute. Just didn't work.1
This product has a great scent and worked well. It allowed me to extend the life of my blow out. I have fine hair that even after one day will tend to look oily but this def lets me extend it another day. Will be buying the full size.1
This was like most dry shampoos. It left my hair feeling chalky and gross. I would not recommend this if you have thick dark hair.1
I don't know why I love water so much. I just can't bring myself to use this stuff. It sounds so lazy.1
I really did not like this one just because all it did was make my hair feel gross. It felt sticky and I had to wash it right away because it didn't feel right.1
I used this product on my daughter's hair before a fancy up-do braid. It left a light powdery film on her hair even after brushing it through. Do not like the fragrance, either.1
Functions great as a hair deodorant, not so much as a dry shampoo. Adds body but makes hair feel grimy at the same time.1
I have no need for a dry shampoo and will probably not try it. I will pass it along to someone who may though1
I have super fine hair so this was like I washed my hair with syrup. it just felt thick and rough. My hair is usually baby soft and it was more like second day mousse hair. Either way it made my hair MORE unmanageable, which was NOT my goal!1
My roots tend to get oily and weighed down. I always look for dry shampoos that 'soak up' those oils. This shampoo, while it left the rest of my strands softer and smooth, seemed to add to the oily scalp problem. By the 3rd day, I definitely needed a wash because everything looked slick and oily.1
