We love quinoa for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—so we were especially eager to try the protein-rich superfood in this leave-in conditioning spray. Together with aloe, argan oil, and moringa oil, it works to reverse damage and bind moisture to tired, dull tresses. The light, amber scent lingers deliciously in hair all day long.
I really wanted to love this product because it was color safe, but when applied to damp hair (per the instructions) it leaves my hair feeling crunchy and makes it look stringy. I loved the oil so was very disappointed.2
I live in a very humid and hot locale, plus I have a lot of long thick hair that loves to frizz in to afro mode when the humidity climbs. My hair belly laughs at this product. The pump is hard to get going because it's almost like a lotion consistency. The scent kind of reminds me of Old Spice aftershave, It feels almost sticky in my hands when I apply it, I try to spray and just wind up with a goopy clump in part of my hair, I find if I spray on my hands and distribute it gets worked in easier. It doesn't really help with detangling, I would not purchase this product. I gave it 2 stars because it is odd and kind of reminds me of my dad's aftershave. lol2
This worked nice on my hair. Made it smooth and took care of the frizz. The smell is why I only gave it two stars. It is too strong.2
This product felt ok in my hair, and I probably would have loved it if it was like, rosemary & mint scented or Tea Tree Oil even. Instead, it smells like patchouli incense. I didn't like it at all and the fact that the scent was so strong it stuck to my pillow and towel, and the collar of my shirt. ick.2
It seems like a good product but I will not be purchasing it. I do not like the smell and it is a little too thick to be an actual spray. I thought the It's a Ten was a thick spray but this is twice as thick.2
I read the other reviews on this product, and everyone seems to like the smell of this. Not me. Perhaps it is the amber, but my hair smells medicinal after I spray this on. I didn't think it worked very well on my dry ends.2
I was not impressed with this sample, tho I loved that they gave me a big bottle, I just have naturally oily hair and I don't want to add any kind of oils in with the natural, I didn't really like the smell but a little tiny bit went a long way and I have fairly long hair! I would recommend to someone with dry hair for sure!2
I had really high hopes for this product but they fell flat. I followed the directions and ended up with dull, fluffy hair. My hair is not super damaged, I do color every 6-8 weeks, but my hair ordinarily has a nice shine because I do take care of it. Highly disappointed.
if this is the leave in I used, I just threw away the bottle, then I liked it pretty well. it had a great smell, not too overwhelming and it worked ok, not as good as others I tried, I had to use quite a bit and it sprays straight instead of a spread spray. it was nice getting to try it in my box but I don't think I would purchase it for myself.3
I love the I.C.O.N. India oil and thought this would be a great detangler to go with it. It's ok as a post shower spray, but the product is pretty thick for a spray in product and I find that it doesn't spray evenly. It smells great and does a nice job softening and moisturizing, but I wouldn't say it's my favorite. For the price, I'll probably stick to the oil and just skip the spray in the future.3
