Now that you're an adult, there's no reason why you have to stick with the shaving foam your dad gave you in high school. Ditch those lackluster formulas and switch to something sturdier like Anthony Shaving Cream. Unlike airy foams, which offer little protection between razor and bare skin, this thick lather lays directly on the face to protect against razor bumps and burns. The result is a smoother, and closer shave.
If you're gonna shave, use this, it's fantastic and you'll be a happy man5
Smells great, awesome texture, and is nice and light.5
The lather was weak at best and the scent was just really off. Typically you expect some minty smell. I have other cream that smells like sandalwood and this was more like a soap.
I like a rich lather and this was not that.
This product is pretty effective. It creates a nice layer of cream for an effective shave. And, rinsing clean is easy. No mess, fuss. The retail price for the non-sample product is a bit high. I would probably purchase one soon but I would not use it as part of my daily routing (a cheap shave foam from the drugstore for $1.99 is all that is needed). I would use this product in preparation for a fancy day ahead or before a special evening.5
I got this for my boyfriend, who almost never gets anything nice for himself. He usually uses drug store brands. He uses it every day he shaves and I've noticed his face is smoother afterwards. Will definitely buy again.4
The shaving cream felt good while being applied to my face and provided a nice feeling in preparation to shaving. It appeared to prepare the whiskers for shaving and my blade glided smoothly through the cream and whiskers. My one issue was that it did not rinse well out of the blades, which is not a good thing in a community where water is expensive. Also, it did not rinse well with cold water and required hot water to rinse out the cream from the blades. I would consider it for a single straight blade, but with my multi blade razor, I would not use it again.2
I have been using another shave cream for awhile now. I was pleasantly surprised by the Anthony Shave Cream. It's a little lighter...more of a thin cream / gel. Not as thick as Harry's.5
Liked it and would recommend it. Thinking about buying a larger tube.5
As shave creams go i have to compare them to my standards. I simply cannot find a non gel shave cream that works for me. Doesn't mean it won't work for you just not for my beard type.2
Really smooth! Absolutely impressed with this product.5
