There’s nothing wrong with having a good cry or a spontaneous swim, but you need the right products to avoid total makeup meltdown. This eyeliner is unlike all others —instead of painting on a line, it actually forms a water-resistant layer that won’t smudge or run. (Really! We tested it.) If you have sensitive eyes, wear contact lenses or just need your liner to last you through the day (and night), this is your new go-to.
I did not enjoy this one. I, personally, do not like liquid liner and I felt the coverage did not look right.2
Like the mascara, it will not move even if you cry your eyes out or swim. But it is easy to get off when you want . I use this all the time and I have not given it five stars only because it takes a few minutes to dry so if I am in a real hurry I will use a different product. But it is worth it when I have time4
While I like this product a lot for occasions I need waterproof or very long wearing eyeliner, I have purchased this twice and each time the bottle top snapped off. This made a huge mess and rendered the remaining product useless. The first tube may have been a fluke, but not twice. A pity as the polymer and color are both fabulous. The brush gives a very smooth nice line.2
I love the Blinc mascara and I am not a huge mascara wearer but it has changed my whole attitude toward wearing it. I thought I would give the eyeliner a try based on the good reputation of the mascara. I like that it does not budge - no greasy smeary mess after a few hours walking the city in the heat. I'm not all that practiced yet with the liquid and brush - the line is a bit more dramatic than I'm used to and I haven't figured out how to taper it well yet. When I get this down I'm sure it will become a go-to product just like the mascara.3
I swear by this stuff. No more raccoon eyes in the morning. It slides off the lashes with warm water. I used to look at all those mascara commercials and scoff because, really, a want shaped differently will make my lashes pop? Nope not quite.
No hype here, just science.
Didn't smudge, went on smoothly. and looks beautiful! Blinc liner is perfect for folks like me who usually have trouble with liner application.5
I have crepey eyelids. It's awful, but true. This eyeliner just didn't work without a smooth surface to adhere to. It cracked and peeled in chunks without warning. Ugh.
I use an anti-aging lotion, a concealer/primer, then Laura Mercier nude eyeshadow as a base. I've have never had this kind of problem before.
I have been using this for years and wouldn't trade it for anything.
I have very sensitive eyes and hate having racoons eyes, tugging an pulling to get my eye makeup off.
Wash your face and take a warm wash cloth and put it on your eyes. after about 2 mins it will slide right off. I also love the mascara.
I discovered this product a year or so ago and it has me hooked. Nothing outlasts this and with a gentle wipe, it comes off easily . I can go heavy or light and it's so easy to use. Can't say enough good stuff about this eyeliner!5
I love this liquid liner for a dramatic look. It's a great deep black. The brush is tiny, which allows for a lot of precision when you apply the product. The one trick is that it dries VERY quickly, so if you make a mistake, you have to have a Q-Tip on hand to fix it ASAP. It's pretty easy to remove, too - when you rub your skin with warm water and soap, it comes off in rolls - no raccoon eyes the next day. Awesome.5
