Whether your hair is naturally fragile, gone through too many chemical treatments, or you’re just overdue for a trim, your hair needs something more serious than a traditional conditioner. This creamy mask, loaded with Tahitian Monoi Oil, is designed to repair hair health for stronger, glossier strands and fortify them against future damage. You’ll see a difference after just one use, but make it a weekly habit and your hair will be a happy, shiny camper.
My hair is VERY breakage prone -- I leave a trail of my hair wherever I go. I did not see any improvement whatsoever after using this. I have sensitive skin & I broke out along the jawline and behind my ears after using it -- I don't think that's a coincidence. And I absolutely HATED the scent -- overwhelming in the shower & it lingered. Smelled like a bad post-hairdye conditioner with a ton of fragrance added to mask the chemical odor. Sorry, but this is a definite "no" for me.1
If you have kinky or curly type, African American hair, my recommendation is that you not try this product. After using it, my hair was striped to the point of feeling like a Brillo pad after my wash. I was horrified about how my hair tangled up after using it. I am Extremely disappointed that the product gave me this result. My hair has been shedding a lot since I used the shampoo, conditioner and mask. I spent over two hours trying to detangle my hair. No product has ever done this to my hair. My usual go to hair products is Ashley Lauren. I should have stuck to what was working. I have very kinky, corse hair. I think these products work best for European type hair. I am loosing so much hair now! I wish I had never tried it on my hair type.2
Same with the Monoi shampoo, this repairing mask didn't do much for me. I have thick curly biracial hair and thought this creamy repairing mask would help to moisturize and strengthen my hair, but I didn't see or feel much as far as results. It did not seem "happier" or "shinier" as the description implies. It was just so so and I would not purchase it again.2
It smelled nice, I just can't really tell if it did anything.2
I didn’t notice much of a difference other than my hair being a little softer. My split ends were still clearly there and my pieces of my hair still broke off when I brushed it. This hair mask did not live up to its claims at all.2
This did not leave my hair soft or shiny. Which i thought all through it was for breakage it would do so. I thought the smell was SO-SO. The day after though it smelled in my opinion like hair dye. Ths product did absolutly nothing for me.2
I feel like this product works well and does help split ends but I also feel like my hair is not meant for it. I do not deal with split ends often as I have to get my hair cut often to maintain my cut.3
I wish there was a maybe option for planning on purchasing. It definately helped breakage as it described except I have very fine hair, and it makes my hair limp and it gets greasy quickly after using it. It smells great though!3
This stuff smelled pretty good and made my hair soft in the shower but kind of poofy once I got out. I'll try it out again for sure though!3
Maybe it still too early to tell for lasting results, but so far it doesn't seem any better than other hairmasks or conditioning treatments3
