We have a new mantra for keeping our faces looking their absolute best and brightest: “Just dew it.” Putting our motto into practice is now eminently achievable, thanks to this facial re-hydrating mist from Benefit. Made with a lab-developed “tri-radiance” complex, this deeply hydrating spritzer captures skin’s water reserves and instantly perks up your complexion, leaving you refreshed and radiant.
When the sample came there was barely enough to use it once. What made it to my skin was sticky. Didn't leave me moisturized.1
I do not mind experimenting with it but I do not think I would purchase it. The sample sprayer did not really work.1
I'm really not a fan of watery, moisturizing spritzer. First impression is that it's sticky, once dry, it's not so bad. I never think of it as a hydrating product however. Just a waste of money.1
I sampled this product in my BirchBox and am still wondering what it is for. I generally like Benefit's products and was ready to love this one. Honestly, it felt like I was spritzing water on my face and I didn't notice any extra moisturizing. I did not feel refreshed or radiant. Wouldn't waste my money on this product that doesn't feel or appear to do anything.1
I did not like this product although i really wanted to. The sample itself was really small and really would only last one try. But that set aside i am very careful of my skin care regimen and as much as i love benefit and have a lot of their make up products i would not go to them for a skin care line but that is just my preference.1
I'm not in love with this product. My skin tends to be on the oily side and the last thing I need living in the South in the summer is "more hydration." I might like this product in the winter because it has a nice smell and is not a heavy moisturizer. You can also spray it on without messing up your make-up.1
I really don't understand the point. You go to all that trouble putting make up on - why would you then schpritz it all off your face? Maybe I'll take this with me the next time I'm on a long flight, but otherwise I can't see a use. I use a hydrating SPF at the beach and the sweat seems to keep my skin pretty moist during a workout.1
I am a fan of Benefit's products and I own several of them so I was really exited to try this one. I haven't used any type of setting spray yet and I have been wanting to see how it would work. What better to sample one of the best brands out there? With that being said, I was absolutely super disappointed. I used it exactly as instructed over my makeup to set it and I immediately looked sweaty and greasy, not "dewy". I don't have oily or greasy skin so I did not feel that this made it look "refreshed". I had to take it off and reapply my makeup. I may still use this as a moisturizer under my makeup but only a small amount and only on the drier parts of my face. On a side note, the sample I got was only half full so I'm not sure what was up with that.1
I have oily skin, so I don't really need to mist my face with hydrating spray during the day. But I tried it with a face full of make-up on and was disappointed at the big blobs of liquid left on my face. It wasn't a fine mist. Maybe that is just the sample, tho. I tried it again on a freshly-washed face and thought it was nice and offered a mild/gentle hydrating, but it isn't really for me. It would be nice for a young face with clear skin.1
What couple of drops that were in the sample smelled great, but couldn't really give it a try. Kind of a disappointment.
