While this product is advertised as a 10-in-1 Beauty Balm, I would have to refute at least half of those claims. The product itself isn't of low quality; it didn't break me out or cause any allergic reactions, hence the two stars. In every other area, though, I feel like it's a pretty huge failure.
Firstly, it provides almost zero coverage. Even though it is tinted from the tube, it blends away to almost nothing—I wouldn't even qualify this as "sheer" coverage. It does blend in well (no pilling or clumping), but I wouldn't call it a tinted moisturizer either since it isn't even all that moisturizing. The only redeeming properties it has is:
1) It really is illuminating. I haven't tried the original or bronzed formulations, but this stuff definitely gives your entire face a dewy glow, which sensitive skin types may really appreciate. However, if you're normal or combination/oily, I'd suggest avoiding this because even when it is completely dried, it never really "sets," maintaining a dewy, wet finish that needs to be set with powder.
2) It contains SPF 30, so it's basically just a sunscreen (with no pigmentation or coverage). However, to get the full benefits of the physical SPF in this, you would need to use a dime-size amount of product, which is pretty large for a typical BB cream (usually I'd just use a pea-size amount of my favorite Korean BB for coverage). If you're planning on using this as your sole SPF provider, make sure you're using a sufficient amount to keep your skin protected.
I would recommend using this under your regular foundation/BB cream as an additional sunscreen step with a dewy finish, but don't buy this thinking it can serve as a BB cream with any sort of coverage.
