Lately it seems like your Instagram feed serves as a neverending reminder of the beach vacay you're not on. You may be stuck in the office (for now, anyway), but that doesn't mean your locks can't get that post-ocean dip look. This all-natural mist gives you sexy beach hair, minus the sand in your swimsuit. Use it year-round for the perfect combination of body, natural movement, and a touch of shine, plus a lovely beachy rose scent.
It wasn't great. The John Frieda old original was much better, and was $6. It was discontinued but I've heard it's making a comeback.3
I have short, straight, fine hair & I use sea salt spray to give volume, impart waves, & give my super soft hair some grit. I have tried a bunch of different brands & this one went the quickest. This does have a very lovely scent & did a good job of making my hair wavy. It did not add volume, texture, or have any staying power (needed to use a couple times a day to maintain my hairstyle).3
I have thin, fine, straight hair that I usually wear messy. This does a good job of livening it up and giving it so texture. I like to put my hair in a bun when it's wet, let it mostly dry, and then scrunch some of this into it. Awesome and wavy!4
I think my hair may be a little too short to really fully take advantage of what this spray is capable of. It seems like it would be really great before any kind of braids to work of keep everything in place without hairspray. Smells a little like a really nice citronella candle.4
Nice smell and does the job but the amount of product for the price isn't worth it. Also left hair a bit crispy feeling4
This was one of two of my very first full size product purchases, and will continue to be a regular purchase for me. I have very fine, soft hair that has a natural wave to it, but not like a cool wave... it's one of those super lame waves that you either have to straighten or force hot rollers in and about a gallon of hairspray (and even then it still doesn't hold). This product is a miracle for my hair- it adds amazing texture and a modest amount of volume, and really helps my waves to become the cool kind. And the smell? Oh! It is spectacular!!5
I had my eye on this forever so I'm a little bummed I don't love it more. I don't think it has a great hold and the scent isn't as "marine-y" as I would have hoped (almost smells sweet to me?). It's a decent sea salt spray but I won't buy again.3
You guys- this stuff is awesome. I've tried several different similar products and this is the only one that truly gave me the beach/sea salt textured hair.
I highly recommend it- plus it smells great and the bottle is SO cute.
OMG is all I can say! My mind is blown, literally. I had my hair up in a tight knotted bun from yesterday-you know, the one where you get out of the shower, tip your head upside down, gather all of your hair at the top of your head, and jossle it all wet, with random elastics and bobby pins. lol....I got to work and figured I'd give the spray a try since I've been OBSESSING-it took quite a bunch of sprays, but I have long hair which is dry at the moment and after being told to "never touch your curls" all of these years, I'm sure I could've used far less. In fact, when I "smooth" it through my hair after spraying (yes, pulling on, finger-combing curls!) that seems to be where the magic is. I wish I could send a pic-I literally had the epitome of MERMAID HAIR!!!!!5
although i do really like this product (for it's smell, the texture it gives my hair, and the feel) i could easily make it myself. the package design is pretty though, so i will just reuse it to make my own.4
