When FIX Malibu founder Rebecca Giles’s favorite travel necessities kept getting barred from planes, she simply invented a TSA-friendly alternative. This fine powder magically turns into foaming cleanser when you add water, which makes it both practical and nifty. Plus, the gentle formula gets rid of dirt, oil, and dead cells without stripping skin—you can wash morning and night without worrying about dryness.
This is a neat concept for travel, but not sure I'd use a powder for every day use.3
I usually think twice before exfoliating my face. Exfoliating my body is fine, but when it comes to my face, I am overprotective. My face has the tendency to maintain scarring, so I rather not open my pores and expose it to bacteria or anything else mother nature has to offer. :)2
I tried opening it in the bathroom and had a hard time. It went everywhere. After using/wasting most of it, I wasn't that in to it.2
I have sensitive skin that is prone to blemishes, so I use proactiv and am pretty loyal to that, dont really like to mess with my face washing routine. but this was a cool little packet, maybe good for travel.2
This product was AWFUL. When I opened the container (per the directions) I was greeted with a giant plume of powder that I breathed in, causing me to be totally nauseous for over an hour. Disgusting. I will tell all my friends to avoid this product at all costs.1
the powder wash/packaging was super messy, disliked it. Even when extra careful, I noticed powder residue all over the place! It lathered nicely, but nothing special. I'll stick to my clarisonic facewashes :)1
I honestly did not like this at all. How much water should you add? All I can come up with is a gooey paste, and it doesn't clean my skin.1
I loved the concept of this product, but in the end it came up short for me. The powder blew everywhere and it wasn't clear how much water was supposed to be mixed with the product. It didn't foam as described. I was hoping for the best, but it did not work for me.1
