The name of this product should really be Hellooooo Lashes. You’ll understand what you mean once you apply it. The overachieving mascara gives you the benefits of five products: a conditioning lash primer, lash-enhancing serum, volumizing mascara, lash tint, and lash comb. Plus the fast-drying formula is water-resistant and flake-proof—making it the ultimate day to night product.
I was a Benefit mascara user but had difficulty removing it and it tended to leave marks on my upper lid that I didn't like...I got the It Hello Lashes as a sample and really liked it but I am a sceptic so didn't rate it till getting a full size (which was hard because it always out of stock-even at Ulta). This is a great mascara, easy to apply, stays where you put it and looks great. No clumping. I love the brush, the end helps reach and define corner lashes. Also easy to take off, best mascara yet.5
I normally use a different mascara, but wanted to switch it up, so tried this one based on reviews. I like that it goes on smoothly and has staying power. I did feel like the actual tube dried out and the mascara itself got flakier after a bit. I'm a 2 coats gal, so no mascara actually gets to "old" status with me, so I felt that it was unfortunate. However, with regards to the rest of it, I definitely liked it and lifted and coated really well...until the flaky point, ha.4
I was using Benefits Bad girl lashes, which is impossible to remove but up until now I thought was worth the struggle.
This is FAR superior and easier to remove. Easy to layer, doesn't flake, rick color, and has the best wand ever. I will stop my search for mascaras, and will only be buying this product from here on out.
I have tried this mascara and their combo primer/mascara/eyeliner called Tightline. MONDO FABULOUS. The brushes are all just the right shapes to reach every singe one of my lashes, top and bottom. I highly recommend using the Tightline on the upper lashes as a primer, and alone on the lower lashes, then applying Hello Lashes on the upper lashes as a second coat. The combination is AMAZING. I have been searching for the perfect lash for two years in an exhaustive search that has filled an entire lingerie drawer... THIS IS IT!5
I have tried Benefit, Smashbox, Too Faced, and IT Cosmetics over the last few months and my favorite is this one. It has a combing brush that is flexy and not so rigid you feel as though it is stabbing your eyes. I have super long lashes that touch beneath my brow bone, so when I put on mascara it can become messy if the formula is too wet or sticky and ultimately ruins my eye makeup (or makes me look like I'm in desperate need of a wax). This formula however goes on somewhat like a gel which eliminates the super wet extreme and super dry and flaky extreme (Thank you!!). Also, I can go all the way up my lashes and it doesn't leave marks on that area under my brow bone!! hurrah!! My only complaint is the ball on the end of the brush which can add a bunch of product inadvertently, if you're not completely aware of how you are holding the brush. I don't use the ball because the little combing brush announces my lashes perfectly.
Another success from IT Cosmetics! :D
I love this brush. The ball on the end is great for separating my lashes. I have really thin spot and this brush fixes it.5
I really don't see much difference in this mascara. I would compare this to any drugstore brand. Wouldn't buy again.3
No clumping or flaking with nice, buildable coverage. This unique brush makes it easier to grab the inside lashes and outer corners.5
Doesn't rub off, flake off or create raccoon eyes. Adds length and volume to my lashes. Nice product and I would buy this again for sure!4
i read all the reviews..maybe I just have bad lashes ..but it wasn't my favorite. At first it was great but after a few uses it started clumping..like other brands I won't name. Not sure because of what they use in the products for the volumizing effect..but sorry hard time finding mascara that works for my thinning lashes. Getting old stinks.4
