Whether your hair is over-processed and brittle or just chronically dry, this is the shampoo for you. The satiny formula is gentle enough to use every day and helps to soften and hydrate strands with natural essential oils and extracts. Free of parabens and sulfates, it foams into a rich lather that leaves hair soft and shiny. Vitamin B5 conditions hair and silicone bumps up the gloss factor, while the brand's patented Liquid Complexes help protect, purify, strengthen, and revitalize hair.
I liked the fact that it lathered up really well, but the smell bothered me. Still, it did seem to moisturize my hair so I might try it again.4
Took me a while to appreciate the natural clean scent of this product, but it's honestly amazing and good for your hair!5
This one didnt do much for me. My hair is in rough shape. maybe better for softer hair, less damaged.3
Great moisturizing shampoo. My hair was less frizzy after using. Taking off one star as the fragrance though not unpleasant was not my favorite4
I like this shampoo. It lathers well. My color treated hair did well with it. Non drying and doesn't smell bad.4
My hair is fine and highlighted, so I have to alternate between volumizing shampoos and hydrating... This seems to be a good candidate for the hydrating side of things.4
This was a great smelling, moisture boosting shampoo. I took it on a trip when I typically feel like everything is dry from flying and was pleased with the fullness my hair had, the scent of the shampoo, the texture it left my hair with.4
When I first cracked this shampoo open, I thought the scent was a little strong, but nice. However, actually using it, the scent is incredibly strong and musky, and just too much. As for the hydrating- I do have dry hair, and this didn't dry it out further, but it didn't really do anything to improve my hair after using it til it ran out. My hair looked and felt the same, but the smell gave me a headache.2
The shampoo is actually pretty rich and luxurious feeling and a little goes a long ways, but the smell is not my favorite. It's an earthy/patchouli type smell that was incredibly strong and even overpowered my normal scent....which I use body wash, lotion and perfume layered. Very strong. Was not a fan.2
This is an awesome shampoo for colored, frequently-styled, or fine/dry hair.
I have naturally curly strands, which have a tendency to get weighed down and lose their bounce when I use rich, “hydrating,” products.
I subject my hair to Brazilian Blowouts + Keratin treatments, as well as, hot irons for styling. Because of this, I don’t like to use too many clarifying products in fear that it will strip my (already-delicate) hair! This hydrating Number 4 Shampoo, however, removes any/all buildup at the root, and still leaves my hair feeling bouncy and clean without any dry or brittle strands. Highly recommend it!
