A favorite of fashion bloggers, off-duty models, and the rest of us on the hunt for an easy weekend look, the ubiquitous topknot shows no signs of abating. But much like winning a round of Candy Crush Saga, the seemingly simple do can be tricky to master. With this plight in mind, hair genius Sarah Potempa created The WRAP UP, a nifty tool that helps you score the perfect topknot, sleek chignon, or tousled low bun. Made with strong, cushy foam, The WRAP UP secures your updo without the help of a zillion bobby pins. Three hair color-matching options, Black, Brunette, and Blonde, ensure your secret weapon remains a secret.
I really enjoy the Wrap Up! It is easy to use and also provides for a long lasting simple hairstyle!4
I was disappointed with this product. It was difficult for me to keep it in place and it just looked awful. I ended up going to ULTA and buying Conair Bun Maker for about $4.99 and it works much better and it includes a scrunchie and bobby pins to help with the process.1
my hair is still a bit short to do a traditional sock bun but this thing worked great! love it as an option for second day hair!4
I love how easy it is to make the must perfect bun with my hair using this product. I have very limited skill and time to do anything fancy but with this it makes it look like i'm a pro.5
This is by far the easiest way to get your hair into a pretty bun, that won't fall down or use a ton of bobby pins! I run around all day and it held my fine hair very tightly. Love it!5
always on the search for hair tricks. I'm admittedly terrible at updo's and thought that this little gadget would be perfect. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold my hair up and it takes me a few tries to get it all in the twist at once. I do have layers in my hair which may pose half the problem, but I was really disappointed :(2
I walked into work the other day and nobody could figure out how my bun was so perfect! These are a must have and make getting ready in the morning so easy!5
I bought this after watching the video tutorial that you guys posted thinking it was going to be amazing. When I got it, I was surprised at how cheap it appeared. My hair is a couple inches past my shoulders and this tool just does not work on it. I think you really need LONG hair for this to be effective.2
This thing does work. It rolled right up, fastened, and hid in my hair. But I'm not sure I love the result. It's kind of a wide bun. I think it makes you appear to have more hair because the thing is padded, and it does hold well, but it's just a bun. Nothing revolutionary. I'm going to play with it some more to see if I can do something cooler. But it's not a must have for now.3
It took me a while to figure out the best way to wear this. I have long, super-thick layered hair and I start rolling it at the shortest layer. It helps if you can get it as tight to your head as possible before wrapping it around into the bun. I would definitely recommend this if you don't mind playing around with it for a while.
