To customize your Clarisonic cleansing experience, swap in a brush head that is specially designed for your skin type. There are five options: normal, sensitive, acne, deep pore, and radiance. Normal brush heads are meant for those who have normal to combination skin or want to use their brush on their neck and body. Anyone who falls in the range between normal to sensitive should opt for the sensitive brush. The acne brush head helps cleanse and clarify skin that’s both sensitive and prone to blemishes, and deep pore is made for anyone with oily skin or large pores. The radiance brush head is designed to help smooth skin and diminish hyperpigmentation and dullness. All brush heads are compatible with every model and use a dual action motion to deliver deeply clean skin without any irritation.
My Clarisonic originally came with a "Sensitive" brush head, which I liked. However, when it came time to reorder, I chose to try out the "Normal" brush head. I love it! The bristles are definitely coarser than the Sensitive head, but not too coarse. I feel like my face is getting a deeper clean with my Normal brush head!4
I wish there was a way to wash and sterilize my brushes rather than keep having to change them out. The brush itself was not really that special but I guess it does its job.4
I love my clarisonic! And I always love that moment when I get to swap out the old brush head for the new! The clarisonic is no beauty gimmick--my skin is clearer and more healthy looking the more frequently I use mine.4
I debated about which head to try next and I am glad I went with the deep cleansing one. It leaves my skin extra soft and it doesn't aggravate my acne. I do only use it once a day though.4
To be honest, I don't notice a difference between the different brush heads I've used (normal, sensitive and deep pore). I also find it hard to completely clean/dry them between uses.4
I am obsessed with my clarisonic. I've been using it since March and have been so pleased with it's performance. I got the normal brush head instead of the sensitive and I am loving it even more. I have switched to using it once a day (pm) and use a light scrub with salicylic acid in the am. My skin has improved tremendously. I have dealt with acne for years as well as eczema and seborrheic dermatitis. My clarisonic has literally changed my skin. I would suggest it to anyone.4
I wasnt sure if I believed what everyone was saying about the clarisonic. After using it for 2 months, I now get it. My skin looks better than it has in a very long time. Even better than when I get microdermabrasions. Something about that daily exfoliation. Plus, the brush isn't too harsh like I thought it might be.4
I have the normal one and my skin feels great afterwards. I use it everyday and my skin looks more vibrant. I can definitely tell that the dead skin cells are being brushed away4
I live and die by my clarisonic. The sensitive brush head is my favorite. It seems to get the right about of scrub but with no hard stripping of skin! Loved that I could re-order replacement brushes at Birchbox.4
I just wish the brush replacements weren't so expensive! I normally get the deep pore brush or the sensitive skin brush. I have tried the acne brush and it was too rough on my skin and caused my skin to break out even more! However the sensitive skin brush didn't feel like it was doing enough even though it didn't irritate my skin as much. I really like the deep pore brush because it helps clear up blackheads and I have really large pores.4
