As cool as lunch boxes are, we’ve always liked the understated simplicity of a brown paper lunch bag. But when your pear goes mushy, say, or your beef lo mein experiences some spillage, that brown bag offers little in the way of protection for the interior of your Jack Spade messenger. This utilitarian canvas alternative, lined with leak-resistant nylon, is a step up—but it’s not so flashy that you’ll get called out in the office cafeteria.
Cute little guy to take to work. Love the buckle and color is a plus. Don't look to keep items cold or hot, but that's OK!3
Looks cool. Fits into a my bag nicely. Interior coating makes it easier to clean. Definitely for the more sartorial minded - others should be fine with a paper bag.4
Very nice, classic looking and functional lunch bag. High quality and worth the price. Only concern is that it was shipped in a box that was about 25x the size of the merchandise, with a lot of excess packing. Anytime I see that, it makes me think twice about ordering something online instead of buying locally.4
Not a flashy or sporty product type guy, and this is an incredibly functional take on the 'brown paper lunch bag'. Made with really good quality and will definitely withstand daily use. Lined well, however since the lining does not contribute to temperature control I have put in a small ice-pack to help with that since I am not able to store in this anywhere but close by during the day. A good buy though, for sure.5
A great item for using for work. I pack my lunch in it every day to go to work and it works great. Not to mention it is the best looking lunch in the fridge!5
