Raw Materials Mini Face Stick SPF 30

There’s no law that says you can’t tote around a quart-size container of sunscreen—but there are more compact, less spill-prone alternatives. Like this lip balm-size solid, which offers broad spectrum protection while still fitting into your pocket. It’s concentrated formula is designed to stand up to serious, marathon-in-August sweat.

Ehh

Not a huge fan- It has some good stuff in it like Vitamin E, but SPF 30 is too high of coverage and thats all you taste/smell after applying

Great concept
Purchased

While this is a great concept, the practicality of it lacks. Seeing as it is the size of a lip balm, it's difficult to ensure full coverage of the entire face. Great for areas such as the nose and lps, but not really ideal for the entire face.

be thorough

so i can see how this is good for spot blocking, under the eyes, bridge of the nose kind of thing but i bit cumbersome for the entire face or shoulders, etc. although i guess it's really designed for that.

be realistic about your expectations and if you're wanting to cover more than a strip make sure you're overlapping, so you don't end with stripes.

terrific for ears and lips!!

greasy but good
Purchased

Easy to apply, and does a great job at preventing sunburn! It does finish a little greasy on your face; but it also leaves your skin super soft. I will def. purchase again!

50/50 review

The good:

this stuff works really well, I mean really really well. This immediately soothed my very chapped lips. It was amazing. I'm in awe.

The bad:

This stuff smells and tastes like dirty wet cardboard. Definitely a choice of function on this item; I can see how peppermint oil that would made it taste/smell good wouldn't be good for your face, but maybe a little lemon or violet or something????

Great for the beach

This product is the perfect size to carry with you to the beach. I get sick of dragging bulky items to the beach, and this product helps.

Sunscreen in a lip balm

Like the idea of sunscreen in a lip balm container, especially for those areas that tend to burn on my face.

Works well

I used this before I went to the beach and I did not get sunburned at all and it left my face feeling good unlike most sunscreens.

Very Handy!
Purchased

This comes in very handy. You can use it on your lips, areas that are already showing signs of wrinkles such as crows feet and smile/laugh lines.

Good product
Purchased

Honestly I am just reviewing this the points! It's just a non descript chap stick.

As I get older chap stick does not do the job, yet I like the black chap stick because it does not look girly and is not a weird shape. This looked tomboyish, perfect for hiking but it really works better than chap stick. Very moisturizing.
