For years, I was convinced that oil was a principal enemy of the acne-prone man (or woman I suppose). Everything you can by that is acne related (plus lots of other things) professes its oil-free contents. However, unless you have cystic acne or extremely oily skin, most cleansers are too drying, and most moisturizers aren't hydrating enough.
Long story short, when irritate or dry out your skin, eventually your oil glands begin to overproduce oil to compensate, which leads to more opportunities to have clogged pores, and the acne cycle keeps repeating.
I've found that using this oil twice a day right after cleansing has helped my skin a lot. I'm able to apply a salicylic acid/glycolic acid acne product twice a day (5 min after I let the oil absorb) without having redness or visible irritation. As a result, my skin looks much clearer and isn't cherry red.
If you have combination skin and are prone to mild to moderate acne, I'd suggest giving this a try.
PROs: Lightweight; absorbs quickly (don't have to rub for 1-2 min); conditions facial hair too
CONs: Doesn't last very long, make sure to not use more than recommended 4-5 drops
