You’re a mountain man: You prefer scaling cliffs to the treadmill, and have never heard of spin class. Scrub down with this brawny bar, which contains a slew of hydrating oils like olive, coconut, hemp, and soybean, all blended into a shea butter base. Deeply cleansing and never drying, this soap will leave you smelling as fresh as a forest—and feeling like you could chop wood with your bare hands.
This soap was actually quite pleasant smelling and exfoliated well, however I received the black soap which proceeded to run all over my shower leaving gross black soap residue all over. If they changed the color to make it not look like mold all over the shower I would recommend.2
Dr. Squatch knows how to make a soap for men. The pine scent is pleasant and not overwhelming. Works up to a nice, rich lather.5
I have actually been using this product for over a year now. I've tried various scents and for the most part have been impressed with how refreshing using this bar soap over a body wash has been. I thought bar soaps generally were a cheap and bad direction to go until Sasquatch changed my opinion. The only down side is the smell from the soap doesn't last long but man the feeling on my skin does.4
I love this soap. I received it in my Birchbox a while ago, and have ordered it several times. My favorite aspect is the texture. It feels so nice and exfoliates my skin so well.5
I've used other brands of pine tar soap before, and I'm not what you might consider a fan of the smell. But overall, this Dr. Squatch bar of soap, while not the best smelling, did it's job in getting me squeeky clean. I liked that it removed all the dirt and grime off, without leaving the greasy residue I usually get when using a body wash.4
I thought the soap was cool until I used it. I have no idea what the exfoliating ingredient was but it felt like someone was clawing at my skin instead of scrubbing it. I won't be trying this soap again.3
This soap thoroughly cleansed my body -- the small grains in the soap provide an all-over refreshed clean smell!5
I had already gotten a full bar of the gold-moss when I received my pine tar sample; the gold moss is a great classic 'clean' smell which I prefer slightly. Both leave you feeling clean, overall a great soap for the money.5
Great scent and texture - finally sucked it up and bought the full size after receiving my sample months ago.4
Love this soap already! I use it for my beard and it is perfect! It doesn't strip all the oil out so it is not dry or coarse! It smells great and leaves my hair very soft and smooth!5
