You’re a mountain man: You prefer scaling cliffs to the treadmill, and have never heard of spin class. Scrub down with this brawny bar, which contains a slew of hydrating oils like olive, coconut, hemp, and soybean, all blended into a shea butter base. Deeply cleansing and never drying, this soap will leave you smelling as fresh as a forest—and feeling like you could chop wood with your bare hands.
I am not a fan of bar soap, as I prefer body wash. However, I am always open to new products and to making a change in my routine if I find a quality replacement. This is a decent soap. This soap provided a decent lather, and I was left feeling clean. I do not give full marks, however, because the aroma - which is quite nice and very pine-y - is not as strong as I would like, leaving very little scent on my skin. Personally, I like a little more from a product that is scented. Otherwise I would buy unscented. All told, this product does not fit within my personal requirements for a body cleanser.4
i liked the woodsy scent, I prefer the homemade organic bar soaps over body wash, so I would use this again.4
I enjoyed using this product. Perfect way to start each morning during my camping trip. The lingering scent makes you feel like you belong in the forest.5
Great lather, great scent, felt great on my skin- while I am not a fan of bar soaps, I loved this one!4
I was initially unsure about using a black bar of soap, but it's actually great - smells great and great lather.5
Short and sweet. Soap had a nice hardness, scent, lather, and clean factor. It didn't leave my skin dry or tight or bother my allergies. If you want to try just one, go with the pine tar. Most all the women I know like it! (for the men)4
A body wash kind of guy, but this soap is just amazing! Awesome scent and lather.5
I really enjoyed this soap. The smell is really interesting and great!5
As with all Dr. Saquatch products , this bar soap is a real winner. Leaving my skin feeling clean as a whistle and with the scent of a real man.5
I was intrigued by the idea of cedar wood soap, and even more so when I felt how rough the bar was when I first took it out of the package. It is like have a luffa built into the soap. My only complaint is that the cedar wood smell does not really hang around after you rinse off.4
