Back before she founded Mally Beauty, celebrity makeup artist Mally Roncal had to MacGyver the perfect mascara for photo shoots. Her amazing beauty feat involved mascara from Italy, black pigments from Japan, and a diamond-cut lash comb from Paris. (Talk about a lot of frequent-flyer miles.) Now, she’s combined the essence of those ingredients into one product. Her clump-free Volumizing Mascara lifts and plumps lashes, leaving them long and luscious in just a few strokes.
This product seemed like any other mascara that I could buy at the drug store for half the price. It did last longer than other non-waterproof mascaras I've owned and didn't flake at all. However, it clumped a little for me, so I ended up using another brush after applying it to comb out my lashes and apply the mascara more evenly.3
It made my eyelashes look okay, but for $20 I would not buy it. Good for lengthening, but it also made my lashes look "spidery."3
Does exactly what it says. It goes and thick and adds depth and fullness to eyelashes.5
I liked this mascara. It went on my lashes nicely and didn't flake.4
I applied and it looked great, but I blinked and the mascara was all over my under eye area. Not convenient at all.3
I am a mascara junkie, it is my favorite thing to wear and something I rarely don't have on if I am leaving my house. I have used everything from Maybelline Great Lash to Dior Show and this is one of the best mascaras I have ever used.
The brush is small enough to get around but big enough to avoid clumping. I distributes the formula well and separates the lashes while lengthening them.
AND equally important, it comes off cleanly and simply with my Emma Hardie Morninga Cleansing Balm so I don't have to use eye make-up remover, which is a really big factor for me because I feel that it is harsh on the eyelashes to rub them like that with a remover pad.
I love mascara but i do not think this mascara was use flu at all it was pretty awful to use2
I use benefits they're real and that us my favorite mascara. If I don't want drama, I would stick with this particular mascara. I like it but I have a thing for dramatic lashes.5
I liked this mascara, but I didn't really notice a difference between this and a $6 or 7 drugstore mascara so I won't be purchasing. However, I will say that I was very happy with the sample size (seems like a full size product to me!) in the birch box!4
When I run out of my "They're Real" I will definitely consider buying this mascara. It was really nice! Sometimes went on a little clumpy, but I am overall pleased!4
