Back before she founded Mally Beauty, celebrity makeup artist Mally Roncal had to MacGyver the perfect mascara for photo shoots. Her amazing beauty feat involved mascara from Italy, black pigments from Japan, and a diamond-cut lash comb from Paris. (Talk about a lot of frequent-flyer miles.) Now, she’s combined the essence of those ingredients into one product. Her clump-free Volumizing Mascara lifts and plumps lashes, leaving them long and luscious in just a few strokes.
This mascara wasnt out of the ordinary. It did its job but didnt do anything to set itself apart from the other mascaras I have used3
So, first of all, I own a lot of mascaras. There's the everyday, which is lengthening, volumizing, growing, etc., and the special occasions, which are colored, waterproof, etc. And this one didn't really fall into either. I don't think that it lived up to its claims of volumizing very well--and furthermore, why only add volume when there are other mascaras that lengthen or promote growth too? This product wasn't for me.3
I like this mascara but it's not my favorite.. I really really prefer my benefit mascaras that I use daily.3
First of all the size was GREAT this will last me awhile. I really like the mascara it worked great at lengthening my lashes i thought and it was not clumpy :)5
I think I like this mascara the more I use it. I'm lucky enough to have some fairly long/thick lashes. I love mascara, any emphasis to the eyes is great in my book. Mally has a nice, wet formula that grabs on and helps to curl. The brush is amazingly soft, I've never seen one like it. It's a nice break for my lower water line especially. The shape is nothing life changing though. Overall, I like this product and I'll use it until it's gone, but I don't think I'm going to purchase it.5
I loved this mascara! I did not find it clumpy at all. I naturally have long eyelashes so I am not 100% sure how well the volumizing aspect of it works.5
My first use of this product was on a day when I was rushing to catch the train for work and I had a feeling that I wasn't going to be able to do my full morning beauty routine. So, I went straight to basics. some quick foundation, blush, lip gloss, and then I stopped. I had about 5 different mascaras at the ready and I knew that my current ones would need either a primer or 3 applications. So, I grabbed the Mally and to my surprise one coat with a little touch up second coat was enough and I was out the door in no time!5
I'm not a fan of the wand or volumizing mascara. I tried it for a few days to give it a chance but I don't like the wand. I thought the mascara formula was nice.1
When I opened my September box and saw this mascara I was intrigued, and I wasn't let down! It's a perfect mascara for everyday wear! I live in Florida and it's never smudged or anything in the heat!4
This mascara is really dark and dramatic. It goes on easy and doesn't end up looking clumpy. To me, anyway.4
