Many thick, goopy foundations make us feel about as unnatural-looking as the Joker. Not so funny. We prefer a makeup look that’s a little more inconspicuous, so naturally, we gravitated toward Alison Raffaele’s Reality Base Foundation. Its weightless, oil-free formula is designed to look completely natural on skin, providing medium coverage and leaving your face silky-smooth. The foundation contains the protective and restorative Frutta di VitaTM antioxidant complex, a brand signature ingredient.
This foundation is way too thin if you have anything to hide this foundation is not for you. its almost thinner than lotion the coverage is ridiculously non existent im very disappointed1
This formula is too greasy and the color is not a good match. I do not often wear foundation, and I found this is not the right once-in-a-while foundation for me.1
I really did not like the texture of this foundation before or after application. Would not buy again or recommend.1
The feel was ok, but with it being the wrong color, it didn't look good on me.
I'd really like to get some mineral based makeup base soon. I have found a lot of the liquid samples I've gotten are the wrong shade for me.
Thanks for letting me try it, but it was hard to really enjoy it since it was the wrong shade.
I was sent this foundation in a shade that was one of the darkest and I am very fair, so from the get-go it wasn't promising. I still tried it to see if I liked how it felt on my skin and I was not happy with it. It did not seem to provide a medium coverage nor did it feel weightless. I will stick with my current foundation.1
This was an okay product, I don't feel like I got much use out of it because the sample size was really small and my bottle kept leaking. I also felt it gave my skin an orange appearance which isn't great on my fair skin .1
I was excited to try this, however, upon the first application, this foundation had very little coverage and made my face really greasy. It also didn't last throughout the day and I had to keep reapplying powder. I definitely wouldn't purchase this product if you have oily skin.1
not sure about this. thick, and didn't match my fair skin. I wish It was lighter because it may have worked but it just wasnt quite right and it felt a bit heavy on my face! used once and tossed1
I have oily skin, this product went on nice, smooth with decent coverage. I set it with a light powder and urban decay setting spray (de-slick) but didn't last more than 4 hours..1
I applied this with a brush as I do with BB or CC creams. It came out streaky and never blended well. the shade was completely wrong for me, as is becoming a habit with BIrchBox.1
