If you're not already a Clarisonic convert, you're missing out. Skeptical? Consider this: Using a sonic frequency to oscillate back and forth at a rate of more than 300 movements per second, the brush removes up to two times as much dirt and oil and up to six times as much makeup as cleansing with your hands. Youll notice clearer skin and smaller-looking pores after just a few weeks. While we love the original model, the pint-size Mia is a welcome addition, with its straightforward single button, single speed functionality. Plus, the smaller size means its ultra portable and perfect for travel.
I have had one of these for a couple of years now, and I love it. I have always had flaky skin on my forehead and this is a great gentle exfoliator and easy and quick to add to your shower routine.4
I own this clarisonic and it's awesome. It feels wonderful on my skin and has helped to clear my acne. In addition, it always takes all the makeup and dry skin off of my face. While it may seem pricey, it is definitely worth it.4
I have wanted a clarisonic for at least 6 years and was so excited to save up my birchbox review points to get one. I am loving it! It really helps my skin to stay clear and I look more refreshed and youthful.4
I've received this product as a gift and I use it every morning and night. I do believe that it takes off all the extra dirt my hands can't seem to remove. I love this thing.4
I loaded up my bonus points from reviews to finally break down and buy this. It definitely cleans the face well. I've compared it to my regular cleansers and exfoliants/scrubs. Now I'm at the point of a new brush head and I think sensitive is the way to go. This cleans wells but I've noticed dry patches on my face that I hadn't had before.4
I finally gave in and splurged (was previously using the Olay cleansing brush). I have been using it once daily with the cleanser it comes with since I purchased it approximately 3-4 weeks ago, but to be honest, I'm not sure if I notice much of a difference. I still break out and the pores on the outside of my nose appear to be the same size. A few of the reviews I've read were written after 2-3 months use, so maybe time will tell.4
Got my mia last week and used it 2 times so far. I had been using a cheap, rotating brush and really enjoy it so the mia's vibration is something I have to get used to and I'm not sure I'm a fan of that. The brush does do the trick and smoothes my skin and call me crazy but I do notice a difference in my pores. The downside? My face is super oily and I feel like the mia aggravates my oil glands and causes them to produce more oil because after using the mia-later in the day my face feels like an leaking oil well.4
I have been using the Clarisonic Mia for several months now and I have to say it works quite nicely, but it can also irritate my sensitive skin. It is important to use a very light touch when using this product on rosacea skin. I ended up buying the most gentle brush head clarisonic sells and I am not entirely sure it made a difference. This model has a "regular" speed setting and a "gentle" setting. I honestly don't see much difference between the two, neither setting is particularly abrasive if you don't push too hard against your face. I follow the instructions and use a circular motion, rubbing it against my skin. There is a timer and you are supposed to spend 20 seconds on your forehead, 20 seconds on your nose and chin (because of the rosacea I barely touch my nose and spend most of those 20 seconds on my neck and chin), then 10 seconds on each cheek. The device lets you know when to change areas by pulsing a couple of times. This can be subtle, especially if you are in the shower or distracted in any way, so it is easy to miss. On the whole, I am glad to have this product and recommend it with some reservations.4
I keep mine in the shower so that I use it regularly. It has really been the best thing I've used (and kept up with using) for my skincare. It feels really great, and ultimately has gotten rid of my acne. For maintenance, I have found very affordable generic replacement heads on Amazon. Overall I think this is a great skincare investment. I did not give it a 5 because I still have dry skin that won't go away on my cheeks. And sometimes I have to use something else to really exfoliate on that skin area.4
I purchased this product a few months ago. Although I have not noticed anything amazing happening to my skin, I do come out feeling much cleaner and fresher than before using it.4
