When it comes to makeup, we’re with Kermit: It’s not easy being green. But Inika, a cosmetics range that’s as rigorously au naturel as it is au courant, makes being eco-friendly downright effortless. We’re smitten with the brand’s certified organic eyeliners, which come in rich, long-lasting colors and deliver guilt-free drama. Bonus: The lid doubles as a sharpener.
I tried this out of my birchbox and found that it was a smooth liner that was easy to apply, making a nice smooth line without jumping across my skin and needing lots of blending but the color was not anything I could wear. I tried Green Lagoon and it was a metallic, shimmery blue-green color. I have blonde hair and hazel eyers this shade seemed to wash me out. I have seem some applications lately where a light color like this is applied above a black line and I may try that, but it may be too trendy for my 40 year old self :) Younger liner wearers may be able to rock this color, in that case, I would recommend it for it's smooth, easy application. Maybe I will try the black or dark blue.
