Of all the beauty sins, avoiding sunscreen is the worst. But it’s hard to get excited about products that can leave us feeling a bit greasy and, even worse, have a very distinctive “eau de SPF.” The perfect solution: a sheer mineral sunscreen that provides UVA and UVB protection and goes on dry. Did we mention that it’s water-resistant and as easy to apply as your translucent powder?
It's really no different than bare minerals--which is my go-to, must have foundation that I wear everyday! However, I would consider getting it just because of the hassle free brush that it comes in.4
I like powder sunscreens a lot. I currently wear Bare Escentuals makeup so I hadn't thought about using Colorescience but the Mineral Sun Protection is water resistant which is an added bonus! I will buy this to use on days I am not wearing makeup and for going to the beach.4
I am very impressed with how lightweight the powder feels on my skin. I am a no fuss, no primp kind of girl. The 'colorscience pro sun protection powder' is really easy to apply and i don't even feel it once it's on. i am definitely planning on using this moving forward!!4
I think when my current little sample is out Im going to have to get that handy full size for my purse.4
I did like it, but price wise it costs more than similar products that I like (BE)) or the same as products I like more (Chanel).4
Goes on nicely, great alternative to regular powder (without SPF) for those of us in sunny climates. Perfect for FL living!4
The shade I got was a bit too light for me. I'm not sure I'm sold on the powder sunscreen. I do love my tinted moisturizer with SPF that I already use, so I'm on the fence about this one.4
Color was too light. "Fair" left a white cast on my face. I wish they had more color choices than the 3 that are available.4
This powder provided good coverage, and also didn't melt off in the Florida sun. I am not quite sure if I would purchase for $50, but it definitely was a decent product. Probably more attractive to people more concerned with sun protection.4
I like it as a translucent powder, but the fact that it's a sunscreen is even better -- it's doing two jobs! It's really light and blends well.4
