Washing fragile hair is kind of like a game of Jenga: a delicate touch and good strategy are key. So when it comes to cleansing sensitive strands, this carefully formulated gentle neroli shampoo stacks up well against the competition. Its foaming formula can be used daily to rinse out build-up without the risk of further damaging overprocessed hair. Newly purified strands are left softer and stronger.
Thick and lovely could describe my hair, but it definitely applies to this (MALIN+GOETZ) shampoo. It pours thick, but foams up beautifully in my hands and hair. The scent is light and pretty and it rinses clean, leaving my hair soft and feeling great. I really enjoyed this sample.4
I loved this shampoo, and would definitely purchase it if it were color safe. You need the tiniest dab, because it suds like crazy. It smells and feels just lovely!4
Overall, I liked this shampoo. It had a fresh, almost citrus-y scent, it rinsed out clean, and it left my hair feeling clean and smooth. I was disappointed that there was not an accompanying conditioner sample!3
I did not notice any difference with how my hair felt after using this shampoo compared to my normal shampoo. The sample size was too small to totally suds up all of my hair, so I focused on my scalp. It would have been useful for the conditioner to be included in this birchbox so they could be used together.3
I long, thick hair so the sample was not even enough for one washing for me. Would have love to have had enough for at least one washing.1
My hair was noticeably softer and smoother after using this shampoo.5
I didn't mind this product I wish that it had a better packaging when I received it and instead of a little pouch but It did the job I feel like my other shampoo that I use great but it was great to try out though4
Nice gently shampoo and my hair did feel clean & soft without overly drying.4
I'm always on the lookout for a shampoo that's great for my fine hair, especially since high stress situations tend to wreak havoc on my head. This isn't specifically for FINE hair, but simply a gentle product for all of us with hair issues. I did really like the scent, and it did a good job. But I wasn't blown away with it. And, I had just spent $50 on a new shampoo the week before getting this sample.4
Although this is described as a "gentle" shampoo, the ingredients on this site list sulfates as some of the main ingredients. I don't use sulfates on my hair because it is fine and wavy and sulfates really dry out my hair and scalp and make me frizzy. If this really was a gentle shampoo, I would have been very happy to sample it but unfortunately, it's just not for me.1
