We can’t all have flawless skin like Hollywood beauty Cate Blanchett (we challenge anyone to do a Google image search and not be consumed with complexion envy). That, however, doesn’t mean we can’t fake it. This lightweight medium-coverage foundation revitalizes skin and leaves your complexion perfectly clear and refreshed, for an enviably radiant finish.
The product itself is good if you just want a natural finish it's very light weight and feels like nothing is there, however I got the wrong shade and can only use it for contouring etc. I would have loved to use it for my whole face.4
The colors I received didn't exactly match my complexion, but I did try on one shade while at home one day. I didn't see much difference from other foundations I have used, but it definately was not the worst. Does not feel heavy.3
This was a good standard foundation for me. But is it worth the price tag? Not sure about that. I'll stick with my other foundation for now.3
I don't wear foundation so I gave this to my sister. She liked it, but won't switch from her current line she uses1
I have sensitive skin so this broke me out like crazy- plus all the colors were extremely dark2
I prefer my foundation to be a little bit more sheer.1
This foundation provided light and natural coverage which is something I really like. One of the biggest perks was that it did not make my skin oily/shiny after a few hours of wear.5
Its a good texture but the coverage is not good at all3
I’ve never heard of this brand before. I think it’s good that more companies are creating make-up products for women of color. It's a creamy formula that doesn't cake up or crease. It lasts all day.3
Thank you birchbox for sending out more than one shade in the foundation swatches!!! There were even shades for African Americans with dark tones like me!!! I truly appreciate how considerate you all were. Most of the times, the foundations or the products are only made with white people in mind, or very light skinned women of color and its such an insult. I appreciate that there were multiple swatches to choose from so I could blend or try a range of shades!4
