The name is one clue: this fragrance is all about the florals. The bright fruity opening note, courtesy of pear and lotus blossom, is just the opening act for a procession of sweetly floral rose, peony, and slightly musky. Plus, the light pink packaging and pink gold band are fittingly feminine — leave it to Ferragamo to make us feel more like a lady!
It's hard to get me to switch fragrances. Right now, I'm addicted to Kai. This has some similar notes, but I'm not 100% sold yet. It may grow on me. I did immediately take to your sample of Kate Spade's Twirl, so thank s for introducting me to that!3
The same old too sweet, fruty-floral dreck we've been seeing for a few years now. Cloying and uninteresting. On me, it would have been a scrubber, had it not faded so quickly.1
Very cloying floral. My boyfriend said it smelled like his grandmother.2
Smelled wonderful, but a little too flowery for me. I prefer a crisper fragrance. Thanks for the sample, I'll definitely use it though...4
At first spray, I thought it would be too "floral" for my taste. As it settled in, though, it mellowed and had a more subtle fragrance with great staying power.4
For me, the rose note was too over powering and after a while I got sick of smelling it. It also feels like a perfume for the more mature audience.2
Just not a great scent for me (but better than the Bulgari).2
I just don't buy perfumes/colognes. I love the scent but am very sensitive to perfumes.5
Smells so good! best smelling scent i've ever recieved in my birchbox. It smells so floraly. It is a bit on the expensive side so I wont be purchasing it quite yet.4
There are certain scents that I just do not like, no matter what they're blended with -- including rose & peony (also geranium, mint, etc.). So this fragrance is definitely not for me. However, I can see others liking it a lot -- Feminine yet not heavy & "old-fashioned".1
