On a scale of 1 to 10, this leave-in treatment obviously gets a 10 (we were going to be dramatic and say an 11, but, while true, that's just confusing). This miracle conditioner, which boasts 10 different benefits, eliminates frizz, restores shine with a few quick sprays, protects hair from all of those heated styling tools you love, and prevents split ends. It's infused with green tea leaf extract to shield hair from environmental damage, and panthenol, a provitamin, to strengthen and soften strands. Use it alone or as a restorative styling product.
I enjoyed this leave-in. It didn't seem to leave any residue and styling was a cinch following the application. The smell was amazing as well.1
This product doesn't weigh down my thin hair. I can notice my hair become stronger and not breaking as easily. Just a couple pumps to fit my shoulder length hair.1
I'm sure this works for some people, but compared to other products that I've used in the past, this was a waste of money for me. I saw no change to my hair form using this to using nothing. The Beauty Protector Protect & Detangle would be much much better buy.1
I was so excited to get a leave-in in my birchbox, but this one was awful. I found the scent to be overwhelming, so much so that I tossed the product.1
I have become extremely picky about what chemicals I put on my head in my old age and tried this and then read the ingredients and threw it away.
Unfortunately, I wasn't in love with the smell either.
I have long, thick, dry and very frizzy hair so I was excited to try this product, especially because it seemed like it would help me save time and use fewer products. At first I used it like I use my normal leave-in conditioner (about 5-6 sprays). Whether I blow-dried or air-dried my hair, I had a nasty, gooey texture on my hair and had to wash it again to get it off. So I tried using 2 sprays. Again, greasy, gross texture. It wasn't quite as bad as before, and at least it wasn't visible the first day, but it also looked like I had no product whatsoever in it as well. I tried it a few more times and with different products but couldn't get it to work and leave my hair feeling clean no matter what I did. Maybe it will work well for someone else, but not me.1
I have naturally oily hair and in the last year have been able to skip washes and maintain style. I was happy to try this product but after 10 tries... not a fan. I hate the feel of the product in my hair , it clumps and no matter how much I comb through - you can see where the product "hit". On top of that, I have to wash withing 24 hours due to build up. I am sticking with my No 4.1
This product did nothing for my hair, in fact I kind of felt like it weighed it down without giving it added moisture, shine, or smoothness.1
For some background - I have medium thick, wavy hair that goes halfway down my back.
I had to use 10-15 sprays of this product in my wet hair, then blow dry. And it did NOTHING for my hair. NOTHING. It was literally as if I was just drying my hair with no product in it at all. I seriously do not know how all the salons around here carry this product.
I really dislike using products that contain silicones or parabens, however I will if it's the absolute *best* product... This is not one of them.. The silicones make my hair feel dirty sooner than usual and it just didn't work to protect my hair or make it more shiny.1
