Meet the Hermione Granger of leave-in conditioners. Endlessly resourceful and eager to please, this hardworking spray has an answer for every one of your hair woes (the brand can rattle off ten, and that’s just for starters). Among them: dryness, heat damage, lackluster volume, color fading, tangles, and frizz. And unlike a lot of “lite” products from the food world, it relies on natural ingredients—like marshmallow root—for its potency (no aspartame here). The only thing “lite” about it is that it won’t weigh your hair down.
I have very long, thin hair that is prone to drying out at the ends. I am constantly looking for a good leave-in to help detangle after showers and keep my hair soft after drying. It's a 10 leave-in lite I was hoping would be great for my thin hair. It unfortunatly was not. To start, the smell was overpowering, unpleasant, and nauseating. It worked great as a detangler. The product itself though was thick and left my hair heavy, frizzy, and almost sticky when it dried.2
I was disappointed with this product. I guess I was expecting a miracle. My hair is course and frizzy and this product did not help as I expected. I have sampled no 4 super comb prep & protect and it works much better!2
I found this product to be less than a "10" and certainly no miracle ! I have very fine, curly hair. The produce does work as a detangler and leaves hair shiny. But it didn't help me with frizz and seemed to weigh down my very fine hair a bit. I chose the lite version to avoid the weighed down, flat look but it didn't work for me. Still looking for a leave-in conditioner to love!!!3
I bought this based on the product description, and I'm a little disappointed. It doesn't leave my hair any smoother than any drugstore product I've tried. I won't buy it again.3
This looked great on my hair the first few hours it was in (applied it to slightly damp hair), but it made it look a little less clean than it normally would the next day (less than 24 hrs later). It may be that my hair is just a little too oily for it, but I'm still looking for something that works a bit better. On the plus side, it smells good and makes hair easier to comb through.3
I tried the original It's a 10 Leave-In first and did not like it because it made my hair greasy , so glad I decided to try this one. I have fine hair that can look sparser in some areas , this conditioner doesn't make it feel heavy or like it has excessive product in it. It has no offensive/strong smell and leaves my hair soft and manageable. Will definitely repurchase .4
I've only been using this leave-in condition for about a week but so far I have loved it. I have fine hair that can get weighed down easily and it hasn't done that at all. Smells great and my hair has been frizz-free since I've been using it.4
Work well but I had to quit using it. Some ingredient it contains made my scalp very, very itchy. Too bad, because it did detangle hair well and was light and did not weigh my thin, fine hair down.4
This is by far the best leave in conditioner I have ever used. It was my savior when I couldn't condition every time.4
I've been using this for months, 4-5 nights a week after washing my hair. It does seem to help a bit with frizz and dryness, however, I don't use it much at my roots because my hair tends to get oily quicker if I do. I think it's worth the money, especially if you have wavy/curly hair. It definitely doesn't weigh down my hair, though the smell is kind of gross, so I spray it on before spraying a good smelling detangler. Also, be careful spraying this on your hair in the bathroom. If it gets on tile, it makes it incredibly slippery.4
