Ernest Hemingway, exemplar of all things craggy and masculine, was the inspiration for this complex fragrance—but don’t expect notes of rum and tobacco. This is a cultured fragrance for a cultured man. Papa would approve.
This is the best smelling cologne. Not too strong, but not too subtle. Will definitely buy in the near future.5
great fragrance for spring and summer. Masculine and powerful without being too over the top. i would buy it when i run out of what i already have5
This was a very strong cologne and in my opinion was a little too over powering.
There were definitely complex notes to it and it did smell nice but it's not a product I would buy.
I'm not really into mass-produced colognes and this one, although interestingly-named, doesn't stand apart from all those magazine samples enough to wear. It's REALLY strong and lasts all day. The only downside is the actual fragrance - overly flowery and not enough salt/sea and woodsy notes to truly be Hemingway inspired.3
it smells ok but a little reminiscent of womens poison perfume and root beer.3
I really enjoyed the smell of this fragrance, and actually received a few compliments.5
This smells nice, masculine, woodsy, and clean. It just wasn't for me.3
The scent is totally unique and I get comments about it all the time. Just wish it was slightly less expensive but Ill still buy.5
This cologne smells great. My girlfriend complimented it the first time I wore it, the only problem is the 125$ is a little more than I usually spend on cologne.4
This product had an "OK" scent for me. It was nice but nothing that would make me purchase a full-size bottle.2
