A shower isn't the only solution for flat or greasy hair. Hanz de Fuko's medium-hold product is one part styling wax, one part dry shampoo, using diatomaceous earth (a soft, pumice-like rock) to suck up excess oil while adding both volume and texture.
I have thick hair, and maybe it's just the way I style my hair combined with the other products I use - but this isn't the right product for me. I tried it 3 ways: wet hair, towel-dried, and next-day styling. Wet hair worked best for me vs next-day which caused my hair to dry out really bad. Also, it doesn't smell good at all.2
This is an interesting idea, but with a crew cut and an addiction to the morning shower routine, we have no use for it.3
If I was a product use I would definitely buy this stuff. Gives your hair that magazine model messy look, and is good for making it look like you tried on your hair.5
I think it's a bit too gritty to use by itself but a good product to suck the moisture and oil from your hair.4
Holds hair well, but this stuff smells like play-doh. I understand that it's from some kind of rock, but I can smell it in my hair. Not for me.1
This product has a nice scent and it holds really well, but its not for me. I like to run my hand through my hair a lot and the feeling this product gives is very rough. If you want a product that will hold your hair and look natural, though, this is for you.3
Beach hair is for real. Good hold, a little goes a long way, limited shine.4
I use American crew fiber and will switch! Worth the money4
I have short hair and don't use hair products much, but I can see the point of this stuff. It gave it an edge and dressed up my hair for going out.3
i wear my hair messy and a clay type of product seems to work best for me. This has great hold and has a nice light fragrance to it. As for a dry shampoo? haven't tried to use it as such but it's a great idea.5
