I'll admit that I find the scent of this oil to be irresistible. After emptying the sample from my Birchbox, I kept the tiny bottle just to sniff the wonderful aroma occasionally. But, as Cosmetic Cop Paula Begoun says, "Fragrance isn't skin care" (or hair care, or any other kind of beauty care) - it's just olfactory pleasure. The aromatic loveliness of this oil doesn't outweigh the fact that it did nothing for my baby-fine hair except make it a little damp for awhile. It certainly didn't settle flyaways, which is what I hoped to achieve, or make it shinier (except for the temporary dampness). I can't justify buying or using it just because it smells nice, especially if something else might work better but possibly conflict with the Orofluido Elixir. If this product happens to work for your hair (or you don't mind paying for its pleasant scent), enjoy!
