We don’t leave the house without a pack of gum or mints stashed in our purse (because impromptu cravings can strike anytime). Now Tea Forte, known for their stylish tisanes, is introducing clever mints that have both wellness and breath-sweetening properties. All-natural and sugar-free, Minteas are infused with organic green tea, herbs, and fruit extracts to give you an instant antioxidant boost. Better yet, they freshen breath and taste delicious.
The mint had a lovely flavor and after taste. It was not too strong, but it had a good taste.5
Disgusting taste and I still am upset at the fact that I am getting mints in a MAKEUP box. Im sure some people like the candy/ tea/ mints but I am not one of them.1
The packaging was a bit frustrating but nice mints.3
The mints themselves were very good but the packaging was so awful it made me dread having to open them every time because it took me so long to pry it open. Eventually, as I was trying really hard to open it one day, the box exploded open and the mints went everywhere, all over the ground and I was relieved to be done with them. Fix the cheap metal and I'm all over those mints!2
I enjoyed the taste. It was a refreshing taste, different but still refreshing.3
Good mints and they last a long time. Nice surprise for my birch box but nothing I was jumping for joy over…mints are mints.3
Fun little addition to my birchbox! I had never heard of them before, and the mints tasted great. Also kept my breath refreshed, instead to drying out my mouth like many sweet mints or candies do. Really enjoyed these!4
I have a pretty busy life and either the caffeine amount isn't clearly printed on the label (or whether or not it's caffeinated) or it wasn't immediately apparent, which turned me off from these from the get go. I have to admit, though, the mints are very aesthetically appealing with their earthy tones and leaf shapes.2
My minteas tin is extremely hard to get into! I was able to open it when I first got it, but now, it's almost impossible to open. The last time I tried to open it, I spent almost 5 minutes in vain trying to pry it open, then I resulted to throwing it around the room hoping it would pop loose, finally I decided to get out my flathead screwdriver and pry open the lid, but I managed to stab myself in the hand with the screwdriver in the process! Needless to say, it took much too much effort to open the tin. I feel that the way the tin is shaped is not conducive for someone trying to get a grip to open the lid. On another note, the mints themselves are alright, but nothing special enough for me to go out of my way to buy, especially when I can't even open the product without a screwdriver!3
I am a big fan of all things tea, especially matcha flavored things like lattes, candies, baked goods, etc., so this product was right up my alley. However the taste of mine (I think match chai?? It's not one of the three listed) was a little too spiced up. Otherwise I really love the idea of tea mints and think its a great little product but I think I would like the other flavors more!4
