The snooze button is our best friend and our worst enemy. While a few more minutes of sleep is glorious, the extra winks often leave us scrambling to get ready. Chock full of vitamins and minerals, this Color Correcting cream will keep your skin looking even, healthy, and radiant—all while shaving minutes off your beauty routine. The lightweight formula corrects uneven skin tone, improves luminosity, nourishes dry skin, and reduces the appearance of fine lines, simultaneously providing instant, natural-looking coverage. Plus, it protects skin with SPF 18.
It was really light and didn't feel like it was suffocating my skin; however, if you are looking for complete coverage, this would not be for you.4
It applied smoothly and didn't clump on my face. It smelled nice and blended well.4
i dont do cc bb aa zz creams. i find them useless but this is just me :/1
I love BB cream and find that it speeds up my morning routine, so I was excited to try this one that is at a lower price point than my usual brand. It was nice to get a sample for light skin-kudos Birchbox! This is blendable for a short period of time, so work quickly. It has sheer coverage, which was disappointing; I need a little more coverage, and I prefer a higher SPF so that I don't have to use a serparte SPF. The sample size only had enough to use twice, so I can't speak to the BB properties.3
I already use a foundation I like and this one seems just the same as others. I do wish they had more colors because I have a light olive color skin tone.5
I'm a fan of the bb and cc trend, but this one really didn't do anything at all. The packaging claims luminosity and vibrant skin--it didn't rub in very well and once I finally blended it, I didn't really even look like I'd put on any makeup at all. there was no evening of skin tone or cover up, and i did not look vibrant.1
I got two uses out of the sample from my Birchbox and I liked the product overall. Based on everything I've read I expected a CC cream to be thick, but this one felt nice and light-weight. It didn't offer much coverage, but it did feel nice on my skin and didn't make me feel oily at the end of the day. The smell is a little offensive, but wears off in seconds.4
I was happy with this CC cream. I've never used a CC cream before, but I put this on under my makeup and it really smoothed out my skin and corrected color. I don't know if you're supposed to use this in conjunction with your make up, but I think that seems to be the most effective way to use this product.4
The light shade blended well with my skin tone, but these sample sizes are so small, I can never tell if it's actually doing anything. No plans to add this to my regime currently.4
With all of the CC Creams suddenly available, it is overwhelming to try and pick one. This cream is about average in what I would call the CC Cream spectrum. The cream feels pretty nice on my skin, but I noticed that my face got kind of oily after a while, which is something that I do not experience with my current CC Cream. I was a little bit disappointed with that. If you have non-oily skin then perhaps this would be a great product for you because I really liked the coverage for my skin (I have super light skin) and it went on nicely and easily.3
