Marathon sessions of Breaking Bad, late-night Facebooking, and incessant Instagramming can be tough on the already-sensitive skin around your eyes. Since stepping away from the computer screen is probably not an option, consider instead this natural eye gel from Yes To™ Cucumbers. The soothing formula reduces puffiness, brightens dark circles, and strengthens the delicate skin under your eyes.
Too bad, I was hoping for a nice inexpensive option for sometimes, but this was not good for my skin...Nice soft scent, but I couldn't put lotion, light foundation over it- it changed and made it look weird (almost gummy)... hard to explain. But if my eyes already look "tired" and need to be soothed - I need to be able to also wear makeup! oh well.2
I have been using this product for a long time. I love how it feels cool going on and it smells like you're putting fresh cucumbers on your eyes. Its gentle and effective. I had started testing other items, but went back to this when I found out I was pregnant and realized that this inexpensive, natural product works as well as the much more expensive ones I had been testing. I'll likely stick with this from now on.5
Very bad product. I will never use or tell people about it , it doesn't do what it claims. Great smell but lousy product.1
I liked this product. I use it at the very corner under my eyes and I like the way it tightens up my skin there. It felt like it plumped up nicely. I would order this again.3
Haven't seen a big difference so far, but have to use it more regularly. I am always in search of something for around my eyes and for the puffiness associated with allergies.4
Love this product and makes my eyes and skin feel great! The effects are evident with a bright eyes and smooth skin around the eyes.5
This product is marked for sensitive skin however for me it proved not to be. I initially loved the results it provided, within moments a noticeable difference in the under eye area, puffiness totally gone! However after a few weeks it started having the opposite affect, within moments of using it my under eye area would turn bright red and super swollen! I tested it a few times, putting it on under my face cream/ making sure my hands were extra clean etc etc but no dice. Had to toss it out at 80% full to keep myself from using it again, the only way to get rid of the swelling and redness was a cold compress for about a half hour!. Needless to say, I cannot use this product.1
This is really just ok. It isn't great for sensitive skin/eyes. It kind of burns if it gets too close to your eyes (which is where it is supposed to go, right?) I won't be buying this again.3
I was a bit skeptical when I first bought this, but I decided to get it to test out anyways. I was pretty surprised at how big it actually is (most eye products are about 0.5oz or less). It does feel very soothing on the under eye area and I was surprised to see that it does help with puffiness (I've had bags under my eyes ever since I was little). However, my happiness was short lived when, no less than a half hour later, I began to apply makeup. As soon as I started patting concealer under my eyes, I noticed that the product had begun rolling up into tiny little balls, ruining not only my application, but also making it hard to remove said clumps. I've experimented with using less product and waiting even longer between applying it and then putting makeup on, but it hasn't made much of a difference. I'll probably keep trying until something works out, because it's really great at de-puffing.3
I wasn't really sure about using a gel because I'm used to using eye creams but I thought this really gave a cooling effect to my skin and I really liked it. I'm going to try keeping it in my fridge like they had recommended5
