We’re not ashamed to admit that we look forward to the holidays because they give us an excuse to go full-on glam (although sipping hot cocoa by a crackling fire isn’t so bad either). Jouer’s fun Sparkle & Shine set gets us through the entire season, from Thanksgiving dinner to the final countdown to midnight. Packed with festive accessories and a mini lip gloss, this is the perfect stocking stuffer, gift for your BFF…or even an early holiday present for yourself.
The product was fun and a great party gift for friends. Not sure if it is worth the cost. Would have liked additional items or better quality items.3
I bought this for myself, and it was so fun to get it in the mail! I got a necklace, ring, lip gloss, and few other fun goodies! I didn't get it in time for new year's eve but it was fun to get nonetheless.5
This product is sweet! something different and fun, the recipient loved it so much! out of the ordinary and surprising in every way.5
I've gotten a bunch of these both for my daugther and for little gifts. They're very cute and we've gotten a wide variety of things in them from a pretty hair pin to cute earrings. The hair ties are cute (and in a variety of patterns.) We seem to get mostly the coral glisten lip glosses, but they're such a cute purse size. The wish necklaces are also cute with a variety of charms. Everyone we've given them to likes them. True, they're on the $$ side, but when you consider the cost of holiday crackers (especially the ones from England with the good stuff in them), it's still a good deal with the nice stuff inside. I do love the sayings on the bookmarks but I wish they had a tassle. I also wish the crackers also "popped" like a true holiday cracker. The only odd thing inside is the blower. I get why they included it, but they're not quality blowers. Otherwise, these are great. I'd get them gain in an instant.5
This is a really cute idea and I was excited to get it in the mail. I got a pretty little bow ring, but it broke the second I put it on my finger (bow broke right off) - not sure if I can glue it back on or not. It would have been nice if the necklace was on a chain, too. Definitely cute and fun for New Year's, but probably not worth the $ I paid for it.2
I used my BirchBox Points to get this for a steal! I loved the lip gloss and the jewelry is fun for going out. I think it is a great gift and value!5
Gave two of these for stocking stuffers. They were a little pricey for what they contain but fun. Everyone was happy with the gift.4
I bought this for a friend and she LOVED it! The jewelry was fun and festive and the mini gloss was a hit.5
I will say, it was a nice surprise since I didn't know what would be in it, but honestly, I wasn't 100% impressed. I know it was not suppose to be anything fancy, but I was hoping for more. When I popped it (not as exciting either), I found a small lip gloss, a pair of rose gold heart earrings, a noise blower (that didn't work) and a bookmark. The earrings were probably the best part, as the lip gloss was kind of iffy compared to the other Jouer lip glosses I've tried/received before. For the price, I don't know if it's worth it, but hey, they can make cute little party gifts.3
These little party favors are awesome. Almost everything about them is awesome! Firstly, the price...it's not too prohibitive. It seems a bit much for what's inside, but it's doable. That's my only reason for knocking off a star. I think $8 is the max I would want to pay for them, but the holidays only come once a year I suppose. Secondly, the appearance. Adorable! The little ribbons, the cool box, etc...looks very appropriately festive. Thirdly, the contents! Yes they're made out of inexpensive materials, but the items I received were very interactive, and actually things I would use. The lip gloss will run out quickly, yeah, but the bookmark I can use for a long time, a hair tie I always always need, earrings (sadly I can't wear cheap metals but they were adorable and I gave them away to a happy recipient), and lastly the little adorable string necklace with the tiny heart key on it. I just love the idea of this necklace and how it is meant to represent a wish that, once the necklace finally falls off, is supposed to come true. That entire concept just makes me smile, and im glad of the cheap materials in that case. I plan on buying these every year. They're cute, charming, and make a nice consumer-y accompaniment to the gifts I make for friends and family by hand. They're great for stocking stuffers, emergency gifts, gift exchanges, gifts for friends who aren't that close but close enough to think of on xmas, thank-you gifts...any small occasion gift....you could probably even decorate a tree with them. What can I say? I'm enamored.4
