Pulling a rabbit out of a hat or making someone disappear is impressive, but it's got nothing on this cure-all known as Egyptian Magic. This powerhouse cream, said to be derived from a formula found in ancient Egyptian tombs, can pretty much do it all. It's a face cream, an eye gel, a hair mask, a treatment for burns, and has even been known to treat psoriasis and eczema. Plus, this potent balm is made of just six ingredients, all of them completely natural (and never tested on animals).
I was hoping it would smell like honey, but it doesn't really have much of a scent at all, just maybe a slight hint of olive oil. It's a solid like a balm in the tub, but when you rub it, it becomes an oil, which is pretty cool. But I didn't really like the oily feeling on my skin, and it doesn't seem to sink into the skin very well, it stays sort of greasy, but maybe that wouldn't be an issue if you just use it at night. A also found it hard to get much product out of the tub since it's a solid, I felt like I had to rub it a lot just to get a tiny coat of oil on my finger. I'm happy to have sampled it, but I don't plan to buy it.3
I was excited about this product because it seems like an effective way to moisturize. I'm not sure if it's designed for small areas or if youcan use it all over but it's hard to get a lot out of the container.1
It reminds me of Tiger Balm, which I definitely prefer! Don't get a wrong, it's a nice, useful product, but there are less expensive versions of this same thing that are just as good.2
Made my skin soft! Love it! I bought a big version of this after trying it through my birchbox!4
I've been using this on my dry elbows for the past week, and it's working wonders. I won't say they are totally perfect, but I'm definitely noticing a difference. I also love the sample size, as it's great to stash in your purse!4
This is a great product for dry lips or patches of dry skin. However, I do not think I would use it as a face cream due to the greasiness of the product.4
This stuff is awesome. I've been using it on my cuticles, dry knuckles, and hands. I've also used it when I get a pimple that is healing but starts to peel.5
I was a little indifferent about this product. The cream was difficult to get out of the container- seemed a little too hard and compact to be used as a cream for anything besides the face.3
this product is lovely. I was very satisfied with how my skin felt after using it.4
I was happy to receive sample and try out. I like to apply to my elbows and knee areas. It works great.4
